CONTACT ASSEMBLY FOR AN ELECTRICAL PLUG CONNECTOR WITH A HEAT CAPACITY ELEMENT ARRANGED ON A LOAD LINE
A contact assembly for an electrical plug connector includes: at least one contact element with a first end region for connecting to a corresponding plug connector, and a second end region facing away from the first end region; a load line, an end section of an insulating-sleeve-free region of the load line being connectable to the second end region of the at least one contact element; and a heat capacity element arrangeable at least in regions on the insulating-sleeve-free region of the load line.
OPTIMIZED SHAFT FOR INTERLOCK MECHANISM
A receptacle includes a housing having a port for receiving a plug. An interlock assembly is provided for locking and unlocking the plug to the housing and includes a unitary main shaft having a first end and a second end. The second end is contoured to extend radially from a longitudinal axis of the main shaft. A spring is coaxial with the longitudinal axis and is configured to engage the second end of the main shaft. The spring is configured to apply a rotational biasing force to the main shaft to bias the main shaft toward a locked position wherein a locking bar attached to the first end of the main shaft engages and locks the plug to the housing. A tab is attached to the first end of the main shaft and is configured to rotate the main shaft between the locked position and an unlocked position.
FLAME RETARDANT POLYAMIDE COMPOSITIONS WITH IMPROVED GLOW WIRE PERFORMANCE
A flame retardant polyamide composition comprising a polyamide, a non-halogenated, phosphinate-based flame retardant, an impact modifier comprising an alkene/acrylate copolymer/terpolymer, a flame retardant synergist and an optional reinforcing agent. The flame retardant polyamide composition demonstrates a passing value for a glow wire end product test as measured by IEC 60695-2-11, a passing value for a glow wire ignition test as measured by IEC-60695-2-13:201; a passing value (V0 rating) for UL94 performance at 0.8 mm; and an elongation at break greater than 2.7%, as measured by to ISO Test No. 527:2012.

Vertical tail for a composite-wing UAV
A vertical tail of a composite-wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) having a body, a rudder face section, a rotor section, shock absorbing component and a quick installation assembly of circuit. The body includes a tail body frame and a shell. The rudder face section has a rudder machine and a rudder surface. The rudder surface is connected to one end of the tail for steering the directional deflection of the UAV. The shock absorbing component is connected to the lower end plate and the shock absorbing component absorbs the shock to the body. The quick installation assembly of circuit includes a plug, a positioning sleeve and a bias piece, the positioning sleeve is located on the outer circumference of the plug and slidingly connected to the plug, the bias piece is set between the plug and the positioning sleeve, the bias piece can absorb the impact on the plug.
Electrical connector free from melting of plastics at high temperatures while shielding high frequency interference
An electrical connector includes: a contact module having a base portion, a tongue portion extending forwardly from the base portion, and two rows of conductive terminals, the tongue portion including a front mating portion and a rear thickened portion, each conductive terminal including a contacting portion exposed to two surfaces of the front mating portion and a soldering portion extending outwardly from the base portion, wherein the contact module is constructed of a ceramic flat portion and an insulator.
Electrical connector having an improved tongue portion
An electrical connector includes an insulative housing, a number of conductive terminals affixed to the insulative housing, and a shielding plate affixed to the insulative housing. The insulative housing includes a base portion and a mating tongue extending forwardly from the base portion. The conductive terminals are exposed to two opposite surfaces of the insulative housing. The conductive terminals are arranged in upper terminals and lower terminals in two rows. Each row of conductive terminals include a number of high frequency signal terminals.
