COMBINATION OF MOTOR CASING AND PLUG CONNECTION AND DEDICATED MOTOR CASING
The invention relates to a combination of a motor casing and a plug connection, the motor casing being designed for a drive of movable components of a vehicle, in particular sunroofs, blinds or roofs of convertibles, a plug connection being inserted in the motor casing and a gap being provided between the motor casing and the plug connection. According to the invention, at least one projection is provided in the area of the gap and avoids play between the motor casing and the plug connection. The invention further relates to a motor casing.
COMBINATION OF MOTOR CASING AND PLUG CONNECTION AND DEDICATED MOTOR CASING
The invention relates to a combination of a motor casing and a plug connection, the motor casing being designed for a drive of movable components of a vehicle, in particular sunroofs, blinds or roofs of convertibles, a plug connection being inserted in the motor casing and a gap being provided between the motor casing and the plug connection. According to the invention, at least one projection is provided in the area of the gap and avoids play between the motor casing and the plug connection. The invention further relates to a motor casing.
CONNECTOR
A connector 20 includes a terminal 23 connected to terminal end of a wire 22, an inner housing 40 in which the terminal 23 is housed, an outer housing 60 arranged without being in contact with the inner housing 40, and vibration absorbing rubbers 70A and 70B sandwiched between the inner housing 40 and the outer housing 60 when the two housings are fitted to each other. The vibration absorbing rubbers 70A and 70B have a durometer hardness A in a range from 20 to 70.
CONNECTOR
A connector 20 includes a terminal 23 connected to terminal end of a wire 22, an inner housing 40 in which the terminal 23 is housed, an outer housing 60 arranged without being in contact with the inner housing 40, and vibration absorbing rubbers 70A and 70B sandwiched between the inner housing 40 and the outer housing 60 when the two housings are fitted to each other. The vibration absorbing rubbers 70A and 70B have a durometer hardness A in a range from 20 to 70.
Electrical Connector Assembly
An electrical connector assembly comprises a connector shell configured to interface with a mating connector shell, a coupling member configured to receive the connector shell and having an internal thread engaging the mating connector shell, and a retaining member configured to retain the connector shell in the coupling member. The connector shell has a plurality of ratchet teeth and defines a longitudinal axis. The plurality of ratchet teeth form a first ratchet ring and a second ratchet ring around the connector shell.
