CONNECTOR STRUCTURE
A connector structure includes a first connector housing, a second connector housing accommodating the first connector housing, and a cover which restricts a leading-out direction of a wire led out from the first connector housing. The first connector housing, the second connector housing, and the cover are integrally assembled. The cover includes a cover flange, a cover hood formed on a side in the cover flange, a cover arm protruding from a side opposite to the cover hood in the cover flange, and a cover projection protruding from the side opposite to the cover hood in the cover flange and facing part of the cover arm.
Electrical Connector
An electrical connector, wherein the electrical connector can offer sufficient wiring space for the accompanying conductive cables, thereby reducing the stacking height of the conductive cables during wiring to ensure that the electrical connector and its accompanying conductive cables occupy internal space within electronic devices at expected height dimensions. Additionally, the provided electrical connector can guide the conductive cables to extend outward laterally, enabling the conductive cables to extend laterally within electronic devices to facilitate the organization of conductive cables within electronic devices and even helps avoid unnecessary tangling of conductive cables within electronic devices, allowing electronic devices to continue advancing towards thinner designs.
Blind Mate Connector Housing and Assembly
A blind mate connector assembly comprises a first manifold and a second manifold removably coupled to the first manifold that defines a connector housing positionable between a primary electronics assembly and a secondary electronics assembly. A plurality of connector cavities are defined between the first and second manifolds. A plurality of right angle cable connectors, each situated within one of the plurality of connector cavities, extend partially through the connector housing to facilitate blind mate connection between the primary electronics assembly and the secondary electronics assembly. The connector housing comprises at least one mechanical float mechanism configured to facilitate movement of each right angle cable connector in multiple degrees of freedom. The connectors are replaceable by disassembling the first and second manifolds.
Connector assembly with ball joint interface
A connector assembly that includes an outer shell and a first communication connector. The first communication connector and/or the outer shell is/are movable about one or more degrees of freedom. The first communication connector is configured to form a first electrical or optical connection with an external communication connector. Optionally, the connector assembly includes a second communication connector. The first communication connector may be connected to a cable or the optional second communication connector by a flexible substrate positioned inside the outer shell. The first communication connector may be implemented as a fiber optic connector optically connected to either a fiber optic cable or the second communication connector, which may also be implemented as a fiber optic connector.
Electrical connector with reduced size in a direction perpendicular to the arrangement and extending directions of two wires
A connector includes a housing 10 to be connected to a mating connector, and two conductive unit. Each conductive unit includes a terminal, a wire 43, and an inner conductive member 40 for electrically connecting the terminal and the wire 43. A fixing portion 17 to which the inner conductive members 40 are to be fixed is provided inside the housing 10, one of the inner conductive members 40 is fixed on one side in an arrangement direction of two wires 43 in the housing 10 and the other inner conductive member 40 is fixed on the other side. Each of the two inner conductive members 40 is fixed to the fixing portion 17 by a bolt 22, 23 extending in the arrangement direction.
ANGLED PLUG CONNECTION AND METHOD FOR ITS PRODUCTION
A plug connector, particularly a high-current plug connector, is provided that includes at least one electrical contact part having a sleeve with a receiving space on an inner side for receiving a plug-in contact that is inserted along a longitudinal axis of the plug connector. The electrical contact part further includes at least one contact spring attached to the inner side of the sleeve that is in sliding contact with a locking bolt capable of being guided in the sleeve between a first end position and a second end position. The plug connector includes a plug casing accommodating the contact part having at least one cable guide branching off essentially perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the plug connector. An electric line is attached to the contact part being guidable from the plug casing in a direction essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the plug connector.
HIGH VOLTAGE CONNECTOR THERMAL CRASH AND VIBRATION SHIELD
A thermal and vibrational management system for providing an electrical cable support and heat shield including a cable clamping device for clamping to a portion of an electrical cable and a rigid tubular sleeve having a connector end and a clamping end and an interior dimension configured to receive the electrical cable, wherein the connector end is mechanically coupled to a cooled structure and the clamping end is configured with the cable clamping device.
PORTABLE PRINTER
A portable printer includes a casing accommodating a printer module; a control board accommodated in the casing and electrically connected to the printer module; a female-side connector mounted on the control board and exposed to an outside of the casing through a connector opening formed in the casing, the female-side connector detachably mounting a male-side connector; and an elastic member interposed between an inner peripheral surface of the connector opening and an outer peripheral surface of the female-side connector.
Plug assembly for a compressor including a conduit adaptor
A compressor including a shell including an opening; an electrical terminal engaging said opening and including a fence at least partially surrounding a plurality of first electrically conductive members; a plug including a plurality of second electrically conductive members in electrical communication with said first electrically conductive members, the plug including a threaded coupling unitary therewith; a plurality of wires extending from said second electrically conductive members through the threaded coupling; a conduit adapter including a first threaded surface for engagement with the threaded coupling, and a second threaded surface; and a threaded conduit engaging the second threaded surface to allow the plurality of wires to extend from the plug body, through the conduit adapter, and into the threaded conduit.
