ELECTRIC PLUG CONNECTOR WITH BENDING GUARD
An electric plug connector has a locking element configured for releasably connecting to a mating plug connector, a housing for receiving at least one cable and at least one contact element, and a bending guard which is made of an elastic material and prevents excessive bending of the connected cable, wherein the bending guard can be used for different cable cross-sections for field assembly.
Receptacle connector with cable-clamped structure
A receptacle connector with a cable-clamped structure of the invention includes a housing, an electrical module and a cable clamping module. The electrical module is disposed in the housing and includes a circuit board, a plurality of contacting terminals and a plurality of prick type terminals. The circuit board is disposed in the housing. The contacting terminals and the prick type terminals are disposed on the printed circuit board. The cable clamping module includes a first clamping member, a second clamping member and a cable clamper, wherein the first clamping member engages the second clamping member, and the cable clamper is pivoted to the first clamping member. A cable extends through the first clamping member and the second clamping member engaging the first clamping member, the cable clamper presses the cable with the first positioning portion positioned in the second positioning portion of the first clamping portion.
CABLE CONNECTOR
A cable connector relates to a field of cable connecting technology. The cable connector includes a main body assembly including an insulating main body and conductive main bodies, a first clamping assembly, and a second clamping assembly. The conductive main bodies are disposed on the insulating main body. Two ends of each of the conductive main bodies extend outwards from bottom portions of the first accommodating groove and the second accommodating groove. The two ends of each of the conductive main bodies are sharp structures. The first clamping assembly includes a first clamping piece movably disposed up and down in the first accommodating groove and a first operating piece disposed on the insulating main body. The second clamping assembly includes a second clamping piece movably disposed up and down in the second accommodating groove and a second operating piece disposed on the insulating main body.
Magnetic Latching Connector
A magnetic latching connector for making electrical connections between cables, electrical power and signal sources, equipment and the like in a variety of medical and other applications in which it is desired to have the connection maintained with a predetermined amount of magnetic attractive force. The magnetic latching connector generally includes male and female connector components. The male and female connector components comprise male and female couplings and male and female coupling housings. The male and female coupling housings enclose electrical connections between the male and female couplings and electrical cables. Recessed within the male and female couplings are electrically conductive pins and sockets and male and female magnetic latching elements. When the male and female connector components are coupled, the pins and sockets provide electrical connections and the recessed magnetic latching elements provide a predetermined magnetic attraction force to maintain the connections.
Device for the sealed passing-through of an elongate part
A device for the sealed closing of an opening for one or more elongate parts to pass through includes a sealing and/or clamping element with at least two interacting first and second parts that are axially displaceable relative to one another, and a pressure contour acting axially onto the sealing and/or clamping element. A first axial displacement of the pressure contour and an axial displacement of the at least one second part relative to the at least one first part causes a first change in geometry of the at least one first part transversely to the displacement direction. Also, a further axial displacement of the pressure contour causes a further change in geometry of the at least one first part transversely to the displacement direction such that the opening is sealed around the one or more elongate parts passing therethrough.
Modular communications plug
A modular communications plug is disclosed having a simplified design that allows for more efficient termination of a cable into the plug. The plug includes modular components that are applicable to different applications.
CONNECTOR
A connector includes small-diameter shielded terminals 51 that are connected to small-diameter shielded electric wires 61, and a housing 10 that includes wide terminal housing parts 73 and a narrow terminal housing part 74. The wide terminal housing parts 73 include wide holding parts 35 and a lid part 41. The narrow terminal housing part 74 includes a narrow holding part 36 and the lid part 41. The lid part 41 includes a plate-like covering part 42 that covers openings in the wide holding parts 35 and the narrow holding part 36, and elastic pressure-receiving parts 43 that protrude from the plate-like covering part 42 into the wide terminal housing parts 73 and the narrow terminal housing part 74 and are elastically deformable under pressing forces of the small-diameter shielded electric wires 61 or the coated electric wire 67.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR WITH RELIEF SLOT FOR IMPEDANCE ADJUSTMENT
An electrical connector includes an insulating body and a number of conductive terminals. The insulating body includes a mating slot. Each conductive terminal includes an elastic mating portion protruding into the mating slot and an end portion extending from the elastic mating portion. The insulating body is provided with a number of limiting blocks for limiting the conductive terminals and a terminal limiting slot located between two adjacent limiting blocks. At least one limiting block includes a limiting protrusion protruding into the terminal limiting slot for limiting a side surface of the end portion of the conductive terminal. The insulating body also includes a relief slot in communication with the terminal limiting slot. When the conductive terminal needs to be deformed, the end portion of the conductive terminal can move unimpeded in the relief slot.
PLUG CONNECTOR
A plug includes at least one spring or blade contact element which is disposed in a housing and is connected in an electrically conducting manner to at least one insulation displacement contact that contacts and secures at least one insulated single-core cable. The at least one insulation displacement contact extends at a 90° angle from the spring or blade contact element in the plug-in direction of the spring or blade contact element in such a way that the at least one insulated single-core cable extending in the plug-in direction is contacted and secured by an insulation displacement contact.
