Surface mount connector
A surface mount connector comprises a bottom plate having a bottom wall, a conductive sheet disposed on the bottom plate and having a bottom portion running through the bottom wall and weldable to a PCB, a housing detachably disposed on the bottom plate and provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the conductive sheet, a conductive clamp disposed in the mounting hole, and a clamping piece portion adaptive to the conductive sheet disposed on the conductive clamp. The housing is capable of driving the conductive clamp to the bottom plate from top to bottom, so that the conductive sheet can insert into the clamping piece portion. The conductive clamp is electrically connected to the conductive sheet. The housing can drive the conductive clamp to detach from the bottom plate from bottom to top, so that the conductive clamp can disconnect from the conductive sheet.
Plug holder for installing plug end
A plug holder for installing a male plug end of a marine battery charger on a marine vessel includes an outer housing, a removable sleeve, and a backstop. The outer housing has a front end defining a plug opening and a back end defining a back opening, wherein the outer housing is attachable to a vessel hull and configured to hold a male plug end of the marine battery charger within the outer housing such that it is accessible through the plug opening. The removable sleeve fits within the outer housing and is shaped to secure the male plug end within such that it does not move when connecting or disconnecting thereto. The backstop is removably connectable to the back end of the outer housing to cover the back opening. The backstop is configured to retain the removable sleeve and the male plug end within the outer housing.
Magnetic Latching Connector
A magnetic latching connector for making electrical connections between cables, electrical power and signal sources, equipment and the like in a variety of medical and other applications in which it is desired to have the connection maintained with a predetermined amount of magnetic attractive force. The magnetic latching connector generally includes male and female connector components. The male and female connector components comprise male and female couplings and male and female coupling housings. The male and female coupling housings enclose electrical connections between the male and female couplings and electrical cables. Recessed within the male and female couplings are electrically conductive pins and sockets and male and female magnetic latching elements. When the male and female connector components are coupled, the pins and sockets provide electrical connections and the recessed magnetic latching elements provide a predetermined magnetic attraction force to maintain the connections.
Coaxial cable connector and universal coaxial cable fixing sleeve thereof
A coaxial cable connector system, comprising a coaxial connector, a coaxial cable, and a universal coaxial cable fixing sleeve is provided. The universal coaxial cable fixing sleeve comprises a first gripping component, a second gripping component, and a third gripping component. When the coaxial cable is assembled to the universal coaxial cable fixing sleeve, the first gripping component grips a conductive shield of the cable, and the second and third gripping components grip a protective outer jacket of the cable, respectively. When the universal coaxial cable fixing sleeve is engaged to a first connector, a first housing outer surface thereof corresponds to and fixedly engages with a sleeve receiving inner surface of the first connector, and when disengaged and engaged to a second connector different in type from the first connector, no re-preparation of the cable is required for corresponding fixed engagement.
Electrical connector
An object of the invention is to suppress rotation around the axis of a tip part of a single wire and to suppress removal of the single wire from a housing. An electrical connector 1 according to the invention includes a housing 2; a terminal 3 to which a single wire W is to be connected; and a holding member 4, wherein the holding member 4 has a leading-out part 44 to lead out the single wire W from the inside to the outside of the housing 2, and the leading-out part 44 is configured to lead out the single wire W being bent and extending in a given extending direction so as to cross the axis X direction of a tip part W11 of the single wire W connected to a single wire connecting part 32.
Connector comprising a trminal fitting having intersecting extension portions
A connector is provided that is easy to assemble. A terminal fitting is arranged on a base of a housing, a conductor portion is inserted into a tubular portion of a conductor connection portion, and a lid portion is assembled on the base. Thus, an insertion portion is inserted between extension portions to that intersect each other, and a diameter of the tubular portion is reduced. The conductor portion is tightened by the tubular portion, and the conductor connection portion is connected to the conductor portion. Therefore, a dedicated machine is not required to connect the terminal fitting to an electric wire, and operation of connecting the terminal fitting to the electric wire and of accommodating the terminal fitting in the housing can be performed substantially simultaneously. Thus, the connector can be easily assembled.
MODULAR COMMUNICATIONS PLUG
A modular communications plug is disclosed having a simplified design that allows for more efficient termination of a cable into the plug. The plug includes modular components that are applicable to different applications.
Electric wire cover
An electric wire cover includes a first cover and a second cover, the electric wire cover being to be attached to a connector and to cover and protect an electric wire drawn out from the connector. The first cover includes a side plate and a locking claw. The second cover includes a lock piece and a protective wall, the lock piece protruding in a direction in which the second cover is attached to the first cover, the lock piece being to lock the locking claw, the protective wall surrounding the lock piece. The protective wa1l includes an outer wall portion and side wall portions, the outer wall portion being provided with a first gap between the outer wall portion and an outer surface of the lock piece, the side wall portions being provided with second gaps between the side wall portions and side portions of the lock piece.
Power Connector For Electrical Submersible Pump
An electrical connector having an electrical conductor member with a first opening and a second opening. Grab rings mounted in the openings have inner diameters containing teeth with crests defining a superimposed inner diameter. The teeth of the grab rings deflect and frictionally engage the outer diameter of the wires to retain them in the openings. A sleeve of insulation material covers an exterior of the conductor member. The sleeve has ends that protrude past the openings and receive an insulation layer of the wires. Resilient electrical contact members are recessed from the grab rings in the openings. The electrical contact members have inner portions biased into contact with the electrical wires and outer portions biased into contact with the conductor member.
ELECTRICAL PLUG CONNECTOR
An electrical plug connector terminates a twisted pair electrical cable. The electrical plug connector includes a base and a plug housing holding electrical contacts therebetween. The base includes a divider structure including separation walls. At least one of the separation walls defines an abutment surface against which a forward end of the electrical cable abuts when terminated by the electrical plug connector. The plug housing defines slots so that the electrical contacts are accessible. The electrical plug connector axially secures an outer jacket of the electrical cable against rearward movement relative to base. The at least one separation wall inhibits forward axial movement of the outer jacket of the electrical cable relative to the base.
