STRAIN RELIEF CLAMP
20230411945 · 2023-12-21 · ·

A strain relief clamp (100), which has a first body part (110) and a second body part (120) creating a passage (160) for clamping cables upon the two body parts securely attached together by using locking mechanisms (105,106). An individual locking mechanism (105) has a first plurality of teeth (115) protruded from the first body part (110), and a spring strip (130) formed with a second plurality of teeth (135). The second plurality of teeth (135) faces and engages with the first plurality of teeth (115) to lock the individual locking mechanism (105). The spring strip (130) is bendable, allowing a user to bend the spring strip (130) and subsequently cause the second plurality of teeth (135) to disengage from the first plurality of teeth (115) to release the individual locking mechanism (105). Tool-free release of the cables is achieved, offering the user convenience.

Nonmetallic push-in connector
10950371 · 2021-03-16 ·

A push-in connector generally having an interior channel equipped with longitudinal protrusions that run at least part of the length of the interior channel of the connector body to define grooves through which wires of a different gauges can be inserted. When the user rotates the connector body about its longitudinal axis, the interior channel defines a second gauge through which a wire of a second gauge can pass. The connector body has one or more incisions cut into one end of the connector body and a separate cuff that fits over the feed end. The interior channel contains teeth that grip the wire(s) or cable(s) once inserted. The exterior of the connector body has flexible exterior protrusions that can be pushed down when inserting the connector through the knock-out of a housing and spring back into place to secure the connector to the housing.

Configurable docking connector

A docking connector having two pairs of opposing sides forming a frame and first means on a first pair of opposing sides for mounting a plurality of connector modules in a first direction in the frame and second means on a second pair of sides for mounting a plurality of modules of a second size in a second direction where the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.

ADJUSTABLE TRANSITION COUPLER
20200378534 · 2020-12-03 ·

An adjustable transition coupler for coupling AC/MC to conduit, having a body with a hollow cylindrical section and an extension member, the cylindrical section having a slot to allow passage of a stop plate. The coupler has an insulator (armor stop) with a hollow bushing at one end for insertion into a cavity of the cylindrical section and a stop plate extending radially outward, the stop plate movable by an adjustment screw between minimum and maximum deflections. The stop plate stops AC/MC from passage into the cylindrical section. The hollow bushing stops the conduit positioned in the hollow cylindrical section from passage into the extension member. The coupler has a strap to secure AC having different outer sheath diameters. Snap tabs on the insulator fit into holes in the body while a rib on the stop plate passes through a notch in the slot to facilitate installation and minimize movement.

CONNECTION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR AN ELECTRONIC HOUSING FOR CONNECTING A CONDUCTOR, PARTICULARLY A SHIELD CONDUCTOR
20200366005 · 2020-11-19 ·

An electronics housing includes: a housing body; and a printed circuit board. The housing body has a connecting device for connecting a conductor, in particular a shield conductor, of a cable to the printed circuit board. The connecting device has a receiving body in which a receiving space with an opening for the conductor is formed. A cover for the opening is provided and is movable between an open position, in which the cover opens the opening for inserting an uninsulated conductor section of the conductor into the receiving space, and a closed position, in which the cover closes the opening at least in sections. The receiving body of the connecting device is disposed such that the printed circuit board is arrangeable with at least one contact section in the receiving space, and, in a closed position, the cover presses the uninsulated conductor section.

Wire holding structure

A wire holding structure (11) for wires (10) includes wires (10), a rubber plug (34) having wire through holes (35) having the wires (10) passed therethrough, a housing (22) externally fit to the rubber plug (34) and a wire cover (15) configured to cover the housing (22). The wire cover (15) includes an opening (24), and the housing (22) includes a lid (33) shaped to correspond to the opening (24) and configured to close the opening (24).

Shielding metal plate
