Wire cover for connector
A wire cover includes a hood top surface, a first hood side surface and a second hood side surface. A hood side notched groove is formed in the first hood side surface so as to be notched from a tip edge toward a base end of the first hood side surface while leaving the base end. A hood side deficient portion is formed in the second hood side surface. The hood side deficient portion is deficient extending from a tip edge to a base end of the second hood side surface. A hood top surface deficient portion is formed in the hood top surface and is partially deficient of the hood top surface positioned near the second hood side surface. The hood top surface deficient portion is adjacent to the hood side deficient portion.
Connector assembly
A connector assemblies having a plurality of terminal cavities configured to hold a plurality of first terminal connections and a plurality of second terminal connections so as to minimize the bending of smaller wires is provided. The connector assembly includes a housing having a terminal board. The terminal cavities are disposed on the terminal board. The terminal cavities include a plurality of first terminal cavities configured to receive the plurality of first terminal connections and a plurality of second terminal cavities configured to receive the plurality of second terminal connections. The first terminal cavities are generally centered on the board so as to minimize a bend of the first wires when the plurality of first terminal connections are bundled with the plurality of second terminal connections.
ELECTRIC CONNECTING STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
An electric connecting structure is provided, which includes an outer casing, at least two electrical connection terminals, at least two cables, and an electronic component. At least part of each electrical connection terminal is fixed in the outer casing. Each of the at least two cables has an end connected to the corresponding electrical connection terminal. The electric connection structure further includes at least one cable holder molded onto the at least two cables and mounted in the outer casing. The electronic component is connected between the ends of the at least two cables. The electric connection structure can simplify the wiring operations and consequently reduce the time and costs required for the wiring operations.
Distributor block with contact guard
The invention is a distributor block for connecting several electric connection cables starting from an electric inlet cable with an electric isolating housing as well as an electrically conducting terminal block, which is arranged in the housing, with at least one inlet opening being arranged in the housing for the inlet cable, with the distributor block showing an electrically isolating, articulate contact guard, which at least partially can cover the inlet opening.
Cable strain arrestor assembly
A cable strain arrestor assembly that protects equipment from damage due to pulling forces on attached cables is disclosed. The assembly comprises a mounting bracket that attaches to an equipment enclosure and converts pulling forces on the cables into compressional forces on the cables in order to break the cables before any damage can be transferred further through the cables. The assembly is able to convert these pulling forces by utilizing a tapering slot and a complementary shaped clamping collar with a channel that contracts as the clamping collar is moved in the direction of the taper of the slot.
LARGE CONDUCTOR INDUSTRIAL PLUG
A communication plug including a plug body, a cavity in the plug body, the cavity having a first portion, a second portion and a third portion, a load bar having a plurality of openings on a front face of the load bar, where the cavity is sized to engage the load bar such that the load bar directs at least one wire inserted into a corresponding opening in the load bar into channels in the plug.
Electrical plug-type connector part
An electrical plug-type connector part includes a contact carrier, a protective housing, and a clamping bracket. The contact carrier has chambers for receiving contact elements connected to electrical connection lines. The protective housing is engaged over the contact carrier and has passage openings receiving the electrical connection lines. The clamping bracket is attachable to the protective housing and has elastic spring arms corresponding to the passage openings in the protective housing. When the clamping bracket is attached to the protective housing the spring arms extend into the passage openings and resiliently press the electrical connection lines received in the passage openings against an inner wall of the protective housing for the clamping bracket to thereby fix the electrical connection lines to the protective housing in a clamping manner.
Electrical connector having a metallic ferrule accommodated within a receptacle and crimped to a cable
An electrical connector including: a terminal body; an insulator accommodated within a receptacle of the terminal body, the insulator having at least one cavity adapted for holding a terminal connected to a wire of a cable; a metal ferrule accommodated within the receptacle of the terminal body; wherein the metal ferrule has a crimp portion adapted to be crimped onto the cable; wherein the metal ferrule is form-fittingly connected to the terminal body; and wherein the metal ferrule has a sleeve like holding portion centering the ferrule within the receptacle.
