The present disclosure provides a pin-type LED lamp holder including: a connector, a first lead wire, a second lead wire, a first fixing tube and a second fixing tube, the connector provided with a first hole and a second hole through the entire connector, the first fixing tube and the first lead wire fixedly connected and plugged into the first hole, and the second fixing tube and the second lead wire fixedly connected and plugged into the second hole. In this way, the first fixing tube and the second fixing tube can be wrapped by the connector and insulated well, thereby a risk of electric shock is prevented.

ULTRASONIC WELD INTERCONNECTION COAXIAL CONNECTOR AND INTERCONNECTION WITH COAXIAL CABLE
20230020815 · 2023-01-19 ·

A coaxial connector for interconnection with a coaxial cable with a solid outer conductor by ultrasonic welding is provided with a monolithic connector body with a bore. An annular flare seat is angled radially outward from the bore toward a connector end of the connector, the annular flare seat open to the connector end of the connector. An inner conductor cap is provided for interconnection with an inner conductor of the coaxial cable by ultrasonic welding. The ultrasonic welding of each of the inner and outer conductor interconnections may be performed via inner conductor and outer conductor sonotrodes which are coaxial with one another, without requiring the cable and or connector to be removed from their fixture.

CONNECTOR AND COAXIAL CABLE WITH MOLECULAR BOND INTERCONNECTION
20220416485 · 2022-12-29 ·

A coaxial connector in combination with a coaxial cable is provided with an inner conductor supported coaxial within an outer conductor, a polymer jacket surrounding the outer conductor. A unitary connector body with a bore is provided with an overbody surrounding an outer diameter of the connector body. The outer conductor is inserted within the bore. A molecular bond is formed between the outer conductor and the connector body and between the jacket and the overbody. An inner conductor end cap may also be provided coupled to the end of the inner conductor via a molecular bond.

A TERMINAL BLOCK ASSEMBLY, SUBSTRATE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
20230361494 · 2023-11-09 ·

A terminal block assembly for a power tool comprises a terminal block having at least one primary terminal configured for electrical connection with a battery and at least one secondary terminal in electrical connection with the at least one primary terminal. A substrate is mountable on the terminal block. The substrate has at least one first electrical connector electrically connectable with the at least one secondary terminal and at least one second electrical connector in electrical connection with the at least one first electrical connector. At least one wire is electrically connected to the at least one second electrical connector. An overmold is configured to cover the at least one second electrical connector and at least a portion of the at least one wire.

High performance cable termination

A cable assembly comprising a termination with at least one conductive, compressible member and a conductive ground shield. The conductive, compressible member may be held within a connector module forming the termination such that the conductive compressive member is pressed against, and therefore makes electrical contact with, both an outer conductive layer of the cable and ground structures within the connector module. In some embodiments, these connections may be formed using a conductive, compressible member with an opening configured to receive the end of the cable therethrough. The conductive ground shield may be configured to compress the conductive, compressible member, and to cause the conductive, compressible member to electrically contact the cable's conductive layer. The conductive, compressible member may be formed from a compressible material and may comprise a plurality of conductive particulates configured to provide electrically conductive paths.

SHIELDED ELECTRICAL CABLE
20220367087 · 2022-11-17 ·

A shielded electrical cable includes conductor sets extending along a length of the cable and spaced apart from each other along a width of the cable. First and second shielding films are disposed on opposite sides of the cable and include cover portions and pinched portions arranged such that, in transverse cross section, the cover portions of the films in combination substantially surround each conductor set. An adhesive layer bonds the shielding films together in the pinched portions of the cable. A transverse bending of the cable at a cable location of no more than 180 degrees over an inner radius of at most 2 mm causes a cable impedance of the selected insulated conductor proximate the cable location to vary by no more than 2 percent from an initial cable impedance measured at the cable location in an unbent configuration.
