HARNESS

A harness comprises a connector body, a cable and a cable-holding portion which holds the cable. The connector body comprises a base portion. The cable is connected to the connector body. The cable has an end portion received in the base portion and a main portion extending rearward from the end portion. The cable-holding portion is formed with a recessed portion which opens at least downward in the upper-lower direction (Z-direction). The base portion has an interference portion. The recessed portion and the interference portion are located at opposite sides of the harness, respectively, in the lateral direction (Y-direction). The recessed portion is, at least in part, located at a position same as that of the interference portion in the front-rear direction (X-direction). The recessed portion is, at least in part, located at a position same as that of the interference portion in the upper-lower direction.

A sealed electrical plug comprises at least one temperature sensor for monitoring an internal temperature of the electrical plug. The electrical plug further comprises a data cable that is wrapped by a shield for screening electrical noise so as to accurately capture and convey temperature data. The electrical plug further comprises a housing or holder for receiving the at least one temperature sensor, wherein the housing is capable of being embedded within an inner-mold of the electrical plug and positioned close to at least one pin. One or more seals may be placed at junctions between the at least one pin and the inner-mold and a cable for the data cable to seal the inner-mold from air, moisture and particles.

An HDMI conductor bundle extends along this hybrid cable segment between these HDMI connectors, to couple the wireless streaming receiver to the HDMI slot on the television. The combination cord also includes first and second USB cable segments extending from near each of the HDMI connectors. These USB cable segments extend to either a USB slot on the television to receive power therein or to a USB connector for attachment to a power port of the wireless streaming receiver. The USB conductor bundle extends along the USB cable segments and the hybrid cable segment to provide power from the USB slot on the television to the power port on the wireless streaming receiver.

The plug includes a plug body, a first conductive contact in electrical communication with the cable, a second conductive contact in electrical communication with the cable, a first magnetic element aligned with the first conductive contact and having a first polarity, and a second magnetic element aligned with the second conductive contact and having a second polarity that is different from the first polarity.
