In an example, the connection port includes a longitudinal axis, a receptacle that extends axially with respect to the longitudinal axis, and a substrate disposed within the receptacle. The substrate includes an end and a support surface that extends axially with respect to the longitudinal axis. In addition, the connection port includes a plurality of first electrical contacts on the support surface, a plurality of second electrical contacts on the end. Each second electrical contact is electrically coupled to a corresponding one of the first electrical contacts.

A barcode scanner magnetically attachable to a smart phone includes a circuitry adaptor and a barcode-scanning device. The circuitry adaptor is plugged into a USB connector of the smart phone. The barcode-scanning device is magnetically and detachably connected to the circuitry adaptor, so that electricity and signals from the smart phone are transmitted to the barcode-scanning device, and barcode signals picked up by the barcode-scanning device are transmitted to the smart phone. When the barcode-scanning device undergoes external impact, the circuitry adaptor and the barcode-scanning device are detached from each other without damaging the USB connectors.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY

An electrical connector assembly including a first connector and a second connector to be mated with each other is provided. The first connector includes a first body, and at least one first terminal and multiple second terminals disposed therein. The second terminals are symmetrically arranged at opposite sides of the first terminal. The second connector includes a second body, at least one third terminal movably disposed in the second body, multiple fourth terminals disposed in the second body and symmetrically arranged at opposite sides of the third terminal, and a driving module electrically connected to at least one of the fourth terminals and structurally connected to the third terminal. In the mating process of the first and second connector, the second terminals and the fourth terminals are electrically connected firstly, to trigger the driving module to move the third terminal to be structurally and electrically connected to the first terminal.

A magnetic electrical plug interface for charging a transport refrigeration unit, TRU. The magnetic electrical plug interface includes a first electrical connector and a second electrical connector. The first electrical connector includes: a socket having a closed end and an open end; a first magnetic body including a first electrical contact, the first magnetic body is slidable in the socket; a resilient biasing element configured to bias the first magnetic body towards the closed end of the socket; and a second electrical contact fixed towards the open end of the socket. The second electrical connector includes: a second magnetic body including a third electrical contact. In an unplugged configuration in which the first electrical connector is disengaged from the second electrical connector, the resilient biasing element is configured to maintain a separation between the first electrical contact and the second electrical contact.

BATTERY POWERED SYSTEM AND BATTERY POWERED METHOD

A battery powered system and a battery powered method are provided. The battery powered method includes: disposing a first power connector and a first magnet on a first connecting face of a first electronic device; and disposing a second power connector and a second magnet on a second connecting face of a first battery device, wherein the first power connector is connected to the second power connector in response to the first magnet and the second magnet being attached to each other, and the first battery device powers the first electronic device via the first power connector.

A sensor is embedded in the insole bulk for measuring a parameter of a user's foot, a battery is embedded in the insole bulk for providing energy to the sensor, and a receiver pod is embedded in the insole bulk and is spaced from the foot-facing upper surface for wirelessly receiving energy and providing energy to the battery. The charger provides energy to the receiver pod, and includes a cable for connecting to an energy source, and a transmitter pod electrically connected to the cable for receiving energy from the cable and wirelessly transmitting energy to the receiver pod. The transmitter pod is positionable against the foot-facing upper surface to wirelessly provide energy to the receiver pod through the insole bulk.

A charging apparatus for charging a battery of an electrically operable vehicle includes a plug element, a base element, and adjusting facility. The plug element is connectable to a corresponding, vehicle-side plug element of the motor vehicle and via which electrical energy is transferrable to the motor vehicle so as to charge the battery. The base element is connected to a current source and provides electrical energy from the current source for the plug element. Via the adjusting facility the plug element is movable relative to the base element in order to connect the plug element to the vehicle-side plug element, and via which an electrical connection is provided between the base element and the plug element. The adjusting facility has an overload protection via which the base element is electrically separated from the plug element in the event of a predetermined mechanical maximal load being exceeded.

The magnetic member is received in the connection frame. Implementations of the disclosure further provide a connector, a charger, and an emergency starting power supply.

The connector cover can include connector terminals arranged side by side along an edge of an end thereof, and a guide groove extending in a direction in which the connector terminals are arranged. Thus, in the cable connector, a flat cable can be inserted into the cable connector in the width direction. As such, damage to the cable connector in the fastening process of the flat cable can be prevented.
