Universal Top and Bottom Cable Entry Electrical Receptacle Assembly
The present disclosure discloses an electrical receptacle assembly. The electrical receptacle assembly comprises a housing with a first compartment and a second compartment with at least one third opening for receiving power supply cables. The first compartment has a second opening for receiving a switch knob, defined with central axis. A base of the second compartment fitted with a switch assembly in the housing. The switch assembly defines a spindle which is required to align axially with the central axis of the slot of the switch knob. A first and a second switch assembly mounting locations on the base mounts the switch assembly. The first mounting location is used when the power supply cables are positioned to enter the receptacle from operatively below the receptacle and the second mounting location is used when the power supply cables are positioned to enter the receptacle from operatively above the receptacle.

TWIST-LOCK ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
A twist-lock electrical connector includes first and second connector portions each having a respective interface end portion and longitudinal axes. The first connector has a projection and the second connector has a corresponding bore along the connectors' respective longitudinal axes. Two electrical contacts are located at opposite sides of the projection at the first interface end portion, and two other electrical contacts are located at opposite sides of the bore at the second interface end portion. The interface end portions are configured to engage one another at a first rotational orientation in which the bore receives the projection when the first and second longitudinal axes are made substantially coaxial and the connector portions are brought together along their axes. The interface end portions further engage one another at a second rotational orientation in which the first pair of electrical contacts electrically engage the second pair of electrical contacts.
Adapter assembly
The present disclosure provides an adapter assembly. Portion of the main body of the plug adapter is penetrated through the opening and exposed to the exterior of the accommodation space. Each protrusion is penetrated through the concave and exposed to the exterior of the accommodation space. Each protrusion exposed to the exterior of the accommodation space is connected with the position-limiting portion through the rotation of the plug adapter. Each fastening element is plugged into the first hole and the second hole. The plug adapter is fastened to the casing through the fastening element and the connection between the protrusion and the position-limiting portion. The adapter assembly includes two impact bearing points. One is formed by the fastening element, and the other is formed by the connection between the protrusion and the position-limiting portion. The stability and the waterproof capability of the adapter assembly are enhanced.
WIRELESS POWER FEEDING DEVICE
A wireless power feeding device includes an attachment member having a socket to be electrically connected to a power supply and a fastener to be electrically connected to a ground, and a band having a socket pin to be inserted to the socket and a locking tool to be locked to the fastener, the band being attached to the attachment member and fixing a power receiving device to which power is to be wirelessly fed to the attachment member, wherein the socket pin has a power feeding electrode to be electrically connected to the power supply within the socket, and a ground connection sensing electrode to be electrically connected to the ground via the locking tool and the fastener, and the attachment member has a switch circuit electrically connecting the power supply to the power feeding electrode only when the ground connection sensing electrode is electrically connected to the ground.
Low profile latching connector
A small, low-profile plug connector for use with electronic devices provides a latching member with a pair of hooks that engage mating holes in a guide frame, and which can be easily disengaged from the guide frame or opposing connector or housing. The connector includes an elongated actuator interposed between the connector housing and latching member and the actuator terminates in a cylindrical cam member that is captured in a recess on the connector housing such that rearward movement of the actuator imparts a raising action to the latching member.
BAYONET CONNECTOR AND METHODS FOR INCORPORATING BAYONET CONNECTOR
A bayonet style connector and methods for using the connector are provided. The bayonet style connector is particularly capable of single-handed manipulation by a user. It comprises a cylindrical housing; a boss and a locking boss on the outer surface of the cylindrical housing; and a handle. The locking boss is configured to resiliently move relative to the cylindrical housing, and the handle is configured to move the locking boss.
