The invention relates to a modular field device, which is simply and safely assemblable. For this, the field device comprises: a housing having an electrical plug contact arranged in a housing interior, a mechanical securement, which is embodied to secure a first electronic component in the housing interior, a second electronic component, which is arrangeable in the housing interior and which is electrically contactable with the plug contact, and an elastic connection, which is embodied to connect the first electronic component elastically with the second electronic component. A division of tasks between two electronic components enables a modular design of the field device with universally applicable electronic components. In addition, the elastic connection provides a simple, mechanical securement of the first electronic component in the housing with simultaneous, safe, electrical connection of the second electronic component with the plug contact.

Connector assembly

Disclosed is a connector assembly. The connector assembly includes a first component, a second component and a locking assembly. The first component includes an inner housing and an outer housing. The outer housing is sleeved on the inner housing. The second component is configured to engage with the first component in a snap-fit way. The outer housing is movable relative to the inner housing so that the second component is disengageable from the first component. The locking assembly includes a locking groove on one of the inner housing and the outer housing, and a locking hook on the other one of the inner housing and the outer housing, so that the outer housing is secured to the inner housing, and thereby, the first component cannot be disengaged from the second component.

Electrical connector having latch

A first electrical connector includes a first latch that is configured to releasably engage a second latch of a second electrical connector when the first and second electrical connectors are mated to each other. The first latch can include an attachment portion that attaches to the connector housing of the first electrical connector, and an engagement portion that is movable with respect to the attachment portion between an engaged position and a disengaged position.

Wall-mounted network extender and adapter

A power module may be attached to and detached from a network extender. The power module may include one or more power connectors that are specific to one or more countries/regions. The power module may include one or more other interfaces (e.g., Ethernet port, etc.). The power module may include a power connector and a male local area network connector on a first surface. The power module may include a local area network port on a second surface, wherein the local area network port is conductively connected to the male local area network connector via a local area network port access.

CABLE CONNECTOR

A cable connector configured to secure a cable is provided. The cable connector has a casing, a latch, and a pulling member. The casing is configured to secure an end of the cable. The latch has a lower portion and an upper portion. The lower portion is secured on the casing and has a lower through hole. The upper portion has at least one upper through hole and at least one protrusion. The pulling member is connected with the upper through hole and penetrates the lower through hole. While the pulling member is pulled away from the latch along a first direction, the pulling member pulls the upper portion toward the lower portion along a second direction, so as to adjust a position of the protrusion. Thus, the latch may not be separated from the casing when a user pulls the pulling member.

Connector with connector position assurance device

A connector system includes a header assembly, a receptacle and a connector position assurance (CPA) device. The CPA device has features which prevent the longitudinal movement of the CPA device relative to the receptacle until the receptacle is inserted into the header assembly. The CPA device includes a housing which has arms supported at both ends for increased strength. The CPA device, when assembled with the receptacle, provides a low-profile assembly.

Multi-Pole Plug Connector Assembly

A connector assembly includes a first connector housing, a second connector housing, and a connector position assurance (CPA) locking mechanism. The connector housings are connected via a detent connection. The CPA locking mechanism secures the detent connection against unintentional disconnection. The CPA locking mechanism forms a cable holder for fastening adjacent connecting lines.

Connector Assembly

A connector assembly includes a housing having a housing base, a housing body protruding from the housing base, and a first housing protrusion provided inside the housing body. A protection part includes a protection base facing the housing base, a protection body protruding from the protection base, and a first protection arm extending from the protection body for engaging with the first housing protrusion. An insertion part of the assembly includes an insertion body for inserting inside of the protection part, and a first insertion protrusion protruding from the insertion body to interfere with the first protection arm. The first insertion protrusion deforms the first protection arm and causes the first protection arm to disengage from the first housing protrusion while the insertion body is inserted inside of the protection part.
