A connector includes a housing including a terminal accommodation chamber, a terminal fitting including a locking hole and to be inserted into the terminal accommodation chamber from behind the housing, and a locking lance for retaining the terminal fitting inserted into the terminal accommodation chamber. The locking lance is cantilevered forward and includes a body portion resiliently displaceable in a direction intersecting an insertion direction of the terminal fitting and a projection projecting from the body portion toward the terminal fitting and configured to enter the locking hole when the terminal fitting is inserted into the terminal accommodation chamber. A width of the projection is smaller than that of the locking hole. A maximum width of the body portion is larger than the width of the projection. A part of the body portion connected to the projection is formed with a guiding portion gradually reduced in width toward the projection.

A connector assembly includes a first electrical connector, a second electrical connector detachably plugged to the first electrical connector and an elastic engaging component including a mount part, a bent part, an arm part, an engaging part and a press part. The mount part includes an insertion plate configured to be inserted into the retaining groove and a movable plate connected to the insertion plate. The arm part is connected to the mount part via the bent part. The arm part and the mount part are located at the same side of the bent part. The engaging part is located at the arm part and is movable along with the arm part. the engaging part is configured to be engageable with the second electrical connector. A connector assembly includes a first electrical connector, a second electrical connector detachably plugged to the first electrical connector and an elastic engaging component including a mount part, a bent part, an arm part, an engaging part and a press part. The mount part includes an insertion plate configured to be inserted into the retaining groove and a movable plate connected to the insertion plate. The arm part is connected to the mount part via the bent part. The arm part and the mount part are located at the same side of the bent part. The engaging part is located at the arm part and is movable along with the arm part. the engaging part is configured to be engageable with the second electrical connector. The press part is connected to the arm part, and the arm part is movable by pushing the press part.

A circuit board is for inserting an expansion card with a positioning part. The circuit board includes a board body, a slot, a release assembly, and a transmission mechanism. The release assembly includes a release body, a blocking member, and an elastic member connected between the release body and the blocking member. The release body includes a blocking part for limiting the positioning part. The transmission mechanism includes a linkage part and a force applying part. When the force applying part receives an external force, the linkage part moves to move the release assembly toward a first direction, the elastic member returns to an original position to drive the blocking member to push against the positioning part to move out of the blocking part and to be located at a release position continuously, so as to release the limit of the positioning part by the blocking part.

A connecting bridge for the transmission of an electrical current between two electrically conducting components has at least two U-shaped cross-connectors each composed of electrically conductive sheet metal which are arranged nested in one another. An arrangement includes the connecting bridge and at least one busbar.

An electrical connector comprises a terminal and a housing. The terminal includes a terminal portion extending in a mating direction in which the terminal is mated with a mating terminal, and an electrical wire joining portion extending rearward behind the terminal portion and adapted to be joined to an electrical wire. The housing includes a cavity receiving the terminal therein along the mating direction with a front end of the terminal facing frontward, and a wall supporting the terminal. A catching portion of the housing protrudes into the cavity and secures the terminal within the cavity. The housing defines an opening formed opposite to the catching portion in a protruding direction of the catching portion.

A connection cable locking device is configured to selectively hold an elastic hook provided on a connection head of a connection cable, thereby preventing an arbitrary operation of the elastic hook and also preventing the connection head coupled to the connection port from being separated. The female housing further includes a connector latch used to securely hold together a connector apparatus. The female housing has TPA protection ribs and CPA protection walls. The male housing has TPA protection ribs.
