Connector position assurance device, connector system and method for operating the connector system
A connector position assurance device having multiple features for assuring a full coupling and locking of a female housing with a male housing in a connector system, such that the female housing and male housing are placed into a fully coupled and locked position when the connector position assurance device is moved from a pre-lock position to a full-lock position. When the connector position assurance device is at a full-lock position, a first member on the connector position assurance penetrates a window formed on the female housing, and at least one ledge extending from the connector position assurance device prevents a flexible member of the female housing from being moved downward, providing assurance that the female and male housings are fully coupled and locked together.
Card tray, card tray plug-in device, and terminal
The present disclosure provides a card tray, a card tray plug-in device, and a terminal. The card tray may include a first supporting portion and a second supporting portion connected with the first supporting portion. The first and the second supporting portions may both be configured for placing data cards, and configured on a same side of the card tray along a thickness direction of the card tray. The card tray may include an electrical connection portion, a data card supported on the first supporting portion and/or another data card supported on the second supporting portion may electrically connect with a card holder of a terminal through the electrical connection portion.
Locking electrical contact device with switch
An electrical connector assembly includes a first electrical contact device and a second electrical contact device. The first electrical contact device includes a plurality of conductors. The second electrical contact device includes a first portion, a second portion movable in a rotational and translational manner relative to the first portion, and an actuator movable between a first position and a second position. The first portion includes first electrical contacts, and the second portion includes electrical sockets. Each socket receives an associated conductor and includes a second electrical contact aligned with an associated first electrical contact. The second portion is biased away from the first portion. When the actuator is in the first position, the actuator inhibits translational movement of the second portion toward the first portion. When the actuator is in the second position, the second portion is movable toward the first portion to permit the second electrical contacts to engage the first electrical contacts.
CONNECTOR DEVICE, CONNECTOR AND MATING CONNECTOR
A connector device comprises a connector and a mating connector. Under a mated state where the connector and the mating connector are mated with each other, the mating connector is positioned forward of the connector in a front-rear direction. The connector comprises at least one supporting portion, at least one lock portion and a receiving portion. The mating connector has at least one mating lock portion and an abutment portion. At least one of the lock portion and the mating lock portion has an intersecting surface which intersects with both the front-rear direction and a perpendicular direction. Under the mated state, the abutment portion is positioned forward beyond the receiving portion in the front-rear direction and is brought into abutment against the receiving portion by a rearward force so that a rearward movement of the abutment portion beyond the receiving portion is regulated by the receiving portion.
Blood pump connectors
An implantable blood pump system is disclosed herein. The implantable blood pump system includes an implantable blood pump, a controller coupled to the blood pump, a connector receptacle, and a connector insert. The connector receptacle can include a plurality of contacts, and a following surface. The connector insert can be received within the connector receptacle to couple a plurality of insert contacts with the plurality of contacts of the connector receptacle. The connector insert can include walls defining a follower receptacle that can receive a portion of the following surface when the connector insert is in a desired alignment with respect to the connector receptacle, and a cam surface that can engage with the following surface to bias the connector insert to the desired alignment with respect to the connector receptacle when the connector insert is inserted into the connector receptacle.
CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a connector assembly. The connector assembly includes an adapter, a connector and a handle, where a first socket is formed at one end of the adapter, an adaptation slide extending inwards from the first socket is formed in an inner wall of the adapter, and an adaptation window is opened at one end of the adaptation slide close to the first socket; the connector is provided with an elastic piece, and the elastic piece is movable along a Z-axis direction; and the handle is connected to a rear end of the connector and is capable of sliding between a first position and a second position of the connector along an X-axis direction. The beneficial effect provided is as below. The handle always remains connected to the connector.

Terminal retainer, connector housing, connector and connector assembly
The present application relates to a terminal retainer, a connector housing, connector, and connector assembly. The terminal retainer has a tubular retaining part and the tubular retaining part comprises a tube wall and a cavity enclosed by the tube wall; the tubular retaining part axially extends a specified length; the tube wall is provided with a locking mechanism and the locking mechanism comprises an initial locking mechanism and a final locking mechanism which are respectively fitted with a mating mechanism to lock the terminal retainer in an initial locking position and a final locking position, respectively; the tube wall is further provided with an abutment mechanism, and the abutment mechanism is configured to abut against a snap-fit mechanism located in the cavity when the terminal retainer is in the final locking position so that the snap-fit mechanism can be retained in a snap-fit position. The terminal retainer may be preassembled with a connector housing to avoid scattering and loss of parts and to be ready for use.
CONTACT CARRIER FOR ELECTRICAL PLUG CONNECTORS AND PLUG CONNECTORS THEREFOR
An electrical plug connector having a housing and a contact carrier held inside the housing. It comprises an electrically insulating base part and at least one pair of first electrical contacts for transmitting energy and multiple pairs of second electrical contacts for transmitting data. The contacts are held in the base part and arranged so as to be distributed in a plane extending essentially perpendicular relative to the longitudinal axis of the contact elements and the contact carrier. First distance lines between the contacts of the pairs of first contacts are free of overlaps with second distance lines between the contacts of the pairs of second contacts.
Connector assembly having inflow resistant interface
A connector assembly includes a cap housing with a first fastener, a plug, and a position assurance member coupled to the plug and the cap housing. The plug includes a first end portion to be inserted into the cap housing, a plug-side flange protruding from an outer side of the plug, and a second fastener to be fastened to the first fastener. A first end portion of the cap housing is inserted into the plug-side flange. The position assurance member has a coupling flange into which a second end portion of the plug and a second end portion of the cap housing are inserted.
