Connector and connector assembly
A connector includes a housing, a terminal installed in the housing, and a latch member. The housing has a top plate part including a spring part that has a cantilever form and is formed by cutting off a part of the top plate part. The latch member includes a main body part, an engagement part connected to a front end of the main body part, and an operation part that is connected to a back end of the main body part and is capable of coming into contact with a free end portion of the spring part, and the latch member is attached to the top plate part to be capable of swinging.
Cable end fitting and cable abutment and method of securement
A cable conduit end for securing a cable to a cable abutment of a latch is provided. The cable conduit end including: a housing; an alignment feature incorporated into a surface of the housing; a pair of flexible retention features integrally formed with the housing of the conduit end, wherein the flexible retention features are spring biased into a first position.
Connector and electric wire with connector
A connector includes: an electrical connection part to be electrically connected to a counterpart terminal and an electric wire connection part to be electrically connected to a terminal of an electric wire; a housing body that is insulative, houses the electrical connection part in an inward housing space and causes the electric wire connection part to project outward; a first shielding member that is conductive and includes a main shield body that covers the housing body from the outside, and a sub-shield body having a tubular shape that covers the electric wire connection part and the terminal of the electric wire We from the outside for each terminal metal fitting; and a second shielding member having a tubular shape, electrical conductivity, and elasticity that covers, from the outside, an end part on an opening side of the sub-shield body together with the electric wire pulled out from the opening.
Water-protected and dust-proof HSD connector
The present invention relates to an HSD connector comprising a male connector and a female connector; a male end main body assembly includes a male end main body and an exterior sealing ring; a male end terminal assembly includes a male end terminal, a male end terminal protector and a male end terminal sealing ring; an exterior sealing ring is mounted on a mating end of the male end main body; a male end terminal protector is mounted on a periphery of the male end terminal; a male end terminal sealing ring is mounted at a juncture at the ends of the male end protector and the male end main body; a die cast component assembly includes a die cast component main body and a die cast component sealing ring; a die cast component sealing ring is mounted on a mating area of the die cast component main body and the male end main body; a front sealing ring is mounted outside of the female end main body. The present invention provides a water- and dust-proof connector with an optimized structure by disposing eight layers of protection and adopting five hardening measures.
Connector device
The present disclosure provides a connector device capable of simplifying an assembly work for a counterpart connector. In particular, the present disclosure provides a connector device where a work direction of a main connector and a work direction of a connector position assurance (CPA) device are the same as each other. Further, the present disclosure provides a connector device that prevents unintentional unlocking due to carelessness with a bridge part formed on the CPA device wrapping an elastic arm that determines a locked state.
MSL CONNECTOR SERIES
Connector apparatus having a female connector assembly and a male connector assembly. The female connector assembly includes a female housing, a connector position assurance (CPA) member for assuring the engagement of the male connector assembly with the female connector assembly, and a first terminal position assurance (TPA) member for assuring that terminals for the female connector assembly are positioned properly. The female housing further includes a connector latch used to securely hold together a connector apparatus. The female housing has TPA protection ribs and CPA protection walls. The male housing has TPA protection ribs.
CONNECTOR POSITION ASSURANCE LOCKING MECHANISM AND METHOD OF OPERATING THE CONNECTOR POSITION ASSURANCE LOCKING MECHANISM
Connector apparatus having a male connector assembly, a female connector assembly, and a connector position assurance (CPA) device. The connector position assurance (CPA) device is inserted into one of the connector assemblies to lock the male connector assembly and female connector assembly together as an additional locking assurance.
Semi-automatic connector for flexible circuit
A semi-automatic connector for flexible circuit, comprising a lead wire (6), an upper housing (1), a lower housing (2) and an insert snap portion (4); a button hole (1.1) being opened on the upper housing (1) and a button (3) being disposed in the button hole (1.1); wherein a circuit board (5) is disposed in the lower housing (2) and the top surface of the circuit board (5) provided with elastic sheets (5.1), the circuit board (5) is connected to one end of the lead wire (6); the insert snap portion (4) is disposed above the circuit board (5) with a cavity to receive a flexible circuit pad; the insert snap portion includes two elastic arms (4.1) in parallel and a barb snap (4.1.1) is provided on a free end of each flexible arm (4.1); within the cavity, the flexible circuit pad (8) is being locked as the two barb snaps engaging with recesses (8.1) on the flexible circuit pad (8) and the bottom surface of the flexible circuit pad (8) is in close contact with the elastic sheets (5.1) on the top surface of the circuit board (5); as the button (3) is being pressed downwards, the elastic arms (4.1) are bent until the two barb snaps (4.1.1) on the insert snap portion out of recesses (8.1) of the flexible circuit pad (8).
