Cable assembly for a cable connector module
A cable assembly includes a cable having an insulator holding a first signal conductor and a second signal conductor and a cable shield surrounding the insulator. Exposed portions of the signal conductors extend forward of an end of the insulator for termination to a circuit card. The cable assembly includes a ground clip coupled to the end of the cable. The ground clip includes a bottom ground rake below the cable and a top ground hood above the cable. The bottom ground rake includes a window that receives the exposed portions of the first and second signal conductors therethrough. The bottom ground rake includes a lower grounding tab electrically connected to a lower portion of the cable shield and the top ground hood includes an upper grounding tab electrically connected to an upper portion of the cable shield. The bottom ground rake is coupled to the circuit card to support the cable relative to the circuit card.

CABLE END CONNECTOR
Disclosed is a cable end connector. The cable end connector includes: a base; a circuit board fixedly disposed in the base; a cable connected to the circuit board; and a latch fixedly disposed in a mounting groove of the base. The latch has a body portion and a bent portion formed by bending downwards from a rear edge of the body portion, the bent portion can abut against the base, and the body portion has a plurality of hooks extending forwards. The cable end connector further includes a connecting shaft, a mounting space for the connecting shaft to penetrate through is formed between the body portion and the bent portion, and the connecting shaft penetrates through the mounting space and is inserted into a connecting hole of the base, which can prevent the latch from falling off and has better connection reliability.
Quick connect assembly for ceiling fan
A quick connect mounting assembly for a ceiling fan. The quick connect mounting assembly includes two releasably attachable plates that are easily interconnected to mechanically couple elements of a ceiling fan. The quick connect mounting assembly can be used to mount a ceiling fan switch housing to a ceiling fan motor assembly.
Plug connector and connector set having same, and method for removing connector set
A plug connector includes a housing and multiple plug terminals. The housing has at least a base portion housing the multiple plug terminals, and a lock mechanism, and a pair of side portions each provided on both right and left sides of the base portion. At each of the side portions in a pair, a step portion is formed. In a state in which the plug connector is fitted in the receptacle connector, side surfaces of the step portions face the receptacle connector through a clearance, and front surfaces of the side portions are closer to the receptacle connector than the side surfaces of the step portions are to the receptacle connector.
Quick connect device with transverse release
A known quick connect electrical connector has plug which has a spindle through which a rod is passed. Metal balls are contained within the spindle and can be pushed radially outwardly by a widened portion of the rod to lock the spindle to a passage in a corresponding socket. To separate the plug and socket, the rod must be pushed to move the widened portion away from the balls. To accomplish this, a cam follower is attached to the rod. Slide supports are attached to the plug. A lever slides within the slide supports and has a cam surface which pushes the cam follower when the lever is slid within the slide supports. When the cam follower is pushed, it moves the rod to enable the metal balls to move radially inwards to release the plug from the socket.
Plug housing and plug connector
A housing main body of a plug housing includes an inserted part inserted in a receptacle housing and an exposed part exposed outside the receptacle housing, in a state where the plug housing is fitted to the receptacle housing. The exposed part includes a hook part formed at an end of the exposed part in an intersecting axis intersecting with an insertion direction of inserting the inserted part in the receptacle housing, the hook part being configured to hook a finger thereon, and a contact part contactable with another plug housing between the hook part and the inserted part when the other plug housing is disposed adjacent to the plug housing in the intersecting axis.
