Connector Housing
A connector housing includes a housing main body and a latch arm having a latch arm main body and a latch portion protruding from the latch arm main body. The latch arm main body is formed of a first material, extends like a cantilever from the housing main body, and is elastically deformable with respect to the housing main body. The latch portion is formed of a second material having a higher rigidity than the first material and latches with a latched member. A transition region between the first material and the second material has a continuously changing mixing ratio between the first material and the second material.
Safe electrical connector having replaceable interface
The present invention discloses a safe electrical connector that has a replaceable interface, the electrical connector comprises a plug assembly and a socket assembly, wherein the plug assembly comprises a plug housing and a plug core connecting wire fixing body, the plug housing is internally provided with plug core accommodating cavities, and there are a plurality of plug core accommodating cavities; an existing plug core may be detachably mounted inside of a plug core accommodating cavity, and a connecting wire of the existing plug core penetrates from an upper end of the plug housing; the plug core connecting wire fixing body fixes the connecting wire on the plug housing; the socket assembly comprises a socket housing, the socket housing is internally provided with plug core female end accommodating cavities, and the plug core female end accommodating cavities are adapted to the plug core accommodating cavities.
SYSTEM FOR TRANSMITTING ELECTRICAL SIGNALS
A flexible and/or stretchable structural system for transmitting electrical signal between first and second rigid portions comprises a body structure and said first and second portions arranged to said body structure. The modulus of elasticity of said first portion is lower than the corresponding modulus of elasticity of said second portion. In addition the modulus of elasticity of said body structure is lower than the corresponding modulus of elasticity of said second portion. The system comprises also an interface portion, such as e.g. an electrically conducting fabric, textile or knit, which is arranged to said body structure and between said first and second portions. The interface portion electrically connects said first and second portions. The modulus of elasticity of said interface portion is lower than the corresponding modulus of elasticity of said second portion.
Connector
A connector includes a female housing and a male housing. An arm portion of the female housing engages with an engagement projection of the male housing. In a state where the engagement projection is fitted to an opening of the arm portion, a gap for insertion of a jig exists in the opening at a lateral side of the engagement projection. A groove-shaped release operation portion is formed on the male housing at a lateral side of the engagement projection. An inclined surface is formed at a rear end of the release operation portion, and a wall portion is formed on a rear side of the inclined surface. The arm portion engaged with the engagement projection can be released with a simple operation including inserting the jig into the release operation portion from the gap in the opening and pushing the jig in the same direction as the insertion direction.
Wafer connector and fitting connector
To provide a connector assembly and a fitting connector capable of improving workability of insertion and removal. In the wafer connector according to one embodiment, in a case where the first wafer connector is stacked with the second wafer connector including the second flexible arm, when the first flexible arm moves between the latch engagement position and the latch disengagement position in a state where the first engaging portion of the first wafer connector is engaged with the engaging portion of the second wafer connector, the second flexible arm also moves between the latch engagement position and the latch disengagement position.
PIERCING ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
A piercing electrical connector includes a wire end connector. The wire end connector has a wire end body, a wire end terminal, and a wire cover engaged with the wire end body. The wire cover has a wire holding hole, and the wire end terminal has a piercing portion. The wire cover further has a clasping plate, a clasping arm and a first clasping head. The wire end body has a clasping groove, a clasping hole, a protrusion located in the clasping groove, a pre-locking groove and a locking groove that communicate with the clasping hole. When the wire end connector needs to be transported, the first clasping head extends into the pre-locking groove, and the protrusion abuts against a free end of the clasping plate so that the wire cover and the wire end body are pre-assembled together, and the piercing portion does not pierce a cable wire.
METHOD FOR LOCKING A CONNECTOR ARRANGED ON A CHARGING CABLE TO A MATING CONNECTOR, AND CHARGING STATION FOR CARRYING OUT THE METHOD
A method for locking a connection between a connector and a mating connector arranged on an electric vehicle is disclosed. The connector is arranged on a charging cable connected to a charging post of a charging station, such as a charging cable fixedly connected to a charging post of a charging station. The connector is associated with a first locking element, and the mating connector is associated with a second locking element, wherein the first locking element and the second locking element cooperate to lock the connection between the connector and the mating connector, and each have an activated state and a deactivated state. The method includes operating the first locking element associated with the connector in an activated state in a first operating mode of the charging station to lock the connection between the connector and the mating connector when the second locking element associated with the mating connector is activated. The method further includes operating the first locking element associated with the connector in a deactivated state in a second operating mode of the charging station to unlock the connection between the connector and the mating connector when the second locking element associated with the mating connector is activated. Additionally described is a charging station which is suitable and set up for carrying out the method.
