Connector assembly
In the plug connector, the front end side of a fiber optic cable used for optical signal transmission is connected to, and rearwardly extends from, the rear end side of said plug connector and lateral terminals are arranged in each of a pair of lateral edge portions that extend in the forward-backward direction; at least one of the plug connector and receptacle connector has provided therein resilient members that generate a biasing force between the plug connector and receptacle connector in the forward-backward direction; and, a restricting portion, which provides a limiting value for the distance of relative displacement of the plug connector with respect to the receptacle connector in the direction of the biasing force under the action of the above-mentioned biasing force, is formed in the receptacle connector, and a restricted portion is formed in the plug connector.
Connector for Supplying Electric Power
A connector for supplying electric power to a machine or other devices that require electrical energy, the connector facilitating and securing the connection, thereby preventing possible accidental disconnection. The connector comprises a male connector element, a protective piece, and a blocking device that, in a closed position of the connector, provides double blocking on a single element forming part of the male connector element, to prevent the connector of the invention from disconnecting. The blocking device is configured to block pins from tilting in the closed position of the connector, wherein the blocking device comprises rear projections solidly connected to the protective piece, and end portions solidly connected to the pins.
RECEPTACLE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE COMPRISING SAME
The present invention may comprise: a body including a first plate facing a first direction, a second plate facing a second direction opposite to the first direction, and at least one printed circuit board; and at least one receptacle disposed at the body to be connected to an external connector, wherein the receptacle comprises: a receptacle body which is connected onto the printed circuit board; a receptacle shell to which the external connector is connected and which is slidable in the receptacle body in a third direction vertically facing each of the first and second directions; a guide device which guides the sliding movement of the receptacle shell; a molded member which is coupled to the receptacle shell and configures a connection position of the external connector; and a connection structure which electrically connects the receptacle shell and the receptacle body.
SOCKET STRUCTURE AND PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A socket structure includes a casing, a switch, a linkage, a first hook, a gear, a rotating arm, and a second hook. The switch is exposed from the casing and disposed movably to the casing along a first direction or a second direction. The linkage is located in the casing and linked to the switch, and has a rack. The first hook is exposed from the casing and linked to the linkage. The gear is located in the casing and engages with the rack. The rotating arm having one end pivotally connected to the gear is located in the casing. The second hook is exposed from the casing and linked to the other end of the rotating arm. When the switch moves along the first direction, the linkage drives the first hook to move, the gear drives the rotating arm, and the second hook moves to an unlocked position.
MULTIPORT ASSEMBLY AND ASSOCIATED COMPONE
Systems and methods of using a multiport assembly and associated components are disclosed. The multiport assembly can include a multiport device that communicatively couples multiple sets or pairs of connectors, such as optical connectors or electrical connectors, together. The multiport assembly can also include an auxiliary port device that couples to the multiport device to expand the capacity of the multiport assembly. Both the multiport and auxiliary port devices can be selectively configured to receive specific types of connectors by selectively coupling to different types of adapters, where the types of adapters correspond to the types of connectors. When coupled to the multiport or auxiliary port devices, the adapters facilitate the formation of the communication between its corresponding set of connectors.
ROTATABLE ELECTRICAL RECEPTACLE ASSEMBLY FOR LUMINAIRE
An electrical receptacle assemblies and methods for assembling and mounting toolless receptacle assemblies to a housing of a luminaire. The receptacle assembly includes a rotatable receptacle that has an insert portion with an electrical face configured to mate with a photoelectric device and includes an outer ring portion that has a mounting face opposite the electrical face. The mounting face is configured to mount on the housing. A locating mechanism of the receptacle assembly is configured to orient the rotatable receptacle on the housing in a desired direction for optimal positioning of the photoelectric device. A locking base is configured to receive at least a portion of the insert portion. A releasable retention member if configured to couple to the locking base and the insert portion of the rotatable receptacle for securing the receptacle assembly to the housing.
LOCKING STRUCTURE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Locking structure includes a first connector, a second connector, a locking member, a sliding member, and a holding member. The first connector includes a first cavity and a first protrusion in the first cavity. The second connector includes a second cavity and a second protrusion in the second cavity. The locking member is slidably received in the second cavity and extends into the first cavity. A peripheral wall of the locking member defines a fastening groove. The sliding member extends into the second cavity and abuts the locking member to drive the locking member to move toward the first protrusion and the second protrusion so that two opposite side walls of the fastening groove press against opposite sides of the first protrusion and the second protrusion. The sliding member defines a latching slot. The holding member includes a latching member for latching in or disengaging from the latching slot.
Connector system for lighting assembly
A linear LED lamp having a body with a length between spaced first and second ends. The linear LED lamp has an elongate heat sink and a light source comprising LED emitters and a first end cap assembly at the first end of the body. The first end cap assembly has conductive power and ground pins and a support connector has conductive power and ground terminals for connecting with an external power supply and providing a grounding path for components of the lamp. The power and ground pins of the first end cap assembly are configured to engage the power and ground terminals of the support connector as an incident of the first end cap assembly moving relative to the support connector in a path that is transverse to the length of the body into an engaged position. A sleeve connector is also provided for mounting a non-power end of a linear LED lamp to a light fixture.
Disconnecting and supporting quick release electrical fixtures
A plug is connectable to an electrical socket which has concentric ring shaped openings housing electrical contacts. The plug has a body supporting electrically conductive concentric rings insertable into the socket to contact the electrical contacts to form electrical connections. A hollow post extends away from the plug body and has a transverse aperture therethrough. A rod with a narrowed portion is slideable within the post. A spring biases the rod towards a latched position in which the narrow portion is not adjacent to the transverse aperture. A cross-brace is connected to a portion of the rod which extends outside of the post. Pins engage the cross brace and can be pushed to move the brace, and thereby push the rod to position the narrowed portion to an unlatched position adjacent the aperture to enable removal of the plug.
Expandable connector assembly
A connector assembly including a plurality of female connectors respectively having a predetermined number of pins, and at least one male connector having a plug terminal contacting the pin and coupled with the plurality of female connectors. The plurality of female connectors are provided to be assembled with each other along one direction.
