Connector housing assembly having a pin protector plate
A connector assembly disclosed herein includes a male connector housing, female connector housing and a pin protector plate. The male connector housing includes a resilient finger having an engagement member spaced apart from an upper catch. The female connector housing includes a protruding member axially offset from a retention member. The pin protector plate is disposed between the male connector housing and the female connector housing and includes a tab and a peripheral catch. The tab projects upwardly from the base and is axially offset from the peripheral catch. The pin protector plate is movable from a locked position to a pre-stage position. Wherein the female connector housing is configured to move the pin protector in a pre-stage position when the female connector housing is removed. Accordingly, the male terminal blades remain protected during the servicing of the connector assembly.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR AND CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
The present disclosure provides an electrical connector and a connector assembly. The electrical connector comprises a first sleeve, a first cover, and a sealing member. The first sleeve comprises a first mating opening and a first connecting end surface. The first connecting end surface is disposed at the periphery of the first mating opening. The first cover is disposed in the first sleeve. The first cover comprises a first mating surface exposed from the first mating opening. The sealing member is disposed on a side surface of the first cover and surrounds the first cover. The sealing member is disposed between the first sleeve and the first cover. The sealing member comprises a sealing sheet extending from the first mating surface in a direction close to the first connecting end surface of the first sleeve.
CHARGING COUPLER
A charging coupler has a grip, an electrical connector and a cable holder. The grip has a front opening and a rear opening on two ends thereof The grip has a first half-tube and a second half-tube connected with each other along a longitudinal direction thereof. The first half-tube has a first latch portion and a groove extending along edges thereof to connect the second half-tube. The second half-tube has a second latch portion and a rib extending along edges thereof to connect the first half-tube. The rib is substantially matched with the groove, and a sealant is filled in a gap between the rib and the groove. The first latch portion is latched with the second latch portion to tighten connection of the first half-tube and the second half-tube. The electrical connector is arranged on the front opening, and the cable holder is arranged on the rear opening.
Round plug connector comprising a shield connection
A round plug connector for releasably connecting lines has at least one housing element for receiving at least one insulating body and at least one locking element for releasably connecting to a mating plug connector. The housing element receives at least one circumferential spring element, and the spring element is made of an electrically conductive material in order to attach to an electromagnetic shielding, wherein the spring element is held in a circumferential recess of the housing element and has at least two bulges facing radially outwards.

CONNECTOR
A connector includes a housing having a lock portion to be engaged with a mating housing when the housing is fitted with the mating housing, and a fitting-ensuring component mounted on the housing and configured to detect whether the housing and the mating housing are fitted with each other by avoiding interference with the lock portion and being movable to a predetermined mounting position when the housing and the mating housing are fitted with each other. The lock portion and the fitting-ensuring component are configured that at least a part of one of the lock portion and the fitting-ensuring component enters a recess of the other of the lock portion and the fitting-ensuring component so as to extend a movable range of the lock portion when the lock portion is operated so as to release engagement between the lock portion and the mating housing.
COMPONENT CADDIES
In an example, a component caddy may include a bracket to receive a computing component; a ground portion disposed on a first end of the bracket to electrically engage with a ground pad; and a connector lock disposed on the ground portion. The connector lock may vertically attach the component caddy to a vertically-oriented connector disposed adjacent to the ground pad on a system board such that the computing component is operably engaged with the connector in a vertical orientation and electrically grounded to the ground pad through the ground portion on the bracket.
CONNECTOR
A receptacle 47 includes a resiliently deformable lock arm 55 extending in a front-rear direction. The lock arm 55 includes a locking projection 57 projecting into the receptacle 47 from a rear end part and a stopping projection 59 projecting into the receptacle 47 from a location forward of the locking projection 57. The moving plate 42 includes a lock portion 76 at a position corresponding to the lock arm 55. A rear surface of the lock portion 76 faces the locking projection 57 to restrict a movement of the moving plate 42 to a connection position and a front surface of the lock portion 76 faces the stopping projection 59 to restrict a forward movement of the moving plate 42 when the moving plate 42 is at the initial position.
TERMINAL AND RECEPTACLE CONNECTOR
A terminal and a receptacle connector are provided. The terminal comprises a soldering segment, an upright arm and a bending arm. The soldering segment has a first end portion and the upright arm extends upwardly from the first end portion. The bending arm bends back and obliquely extends upwardly close to the upright arm and includes an upper bending segment and a contact segment extends upwardly from the upper bending segment. A shoulder portion is formed at each of at least one side edge of two side edges of each of at least one of the upright arm and the bending arm, the two side edges are connected with the soldering segment, the shoulder portion protrudes relative to a corresponding side edge of the soldering segment.
ELECTRICAL CONTACT ELEMENT HAVING A FRAME CLAMP FOR CONNECTING AT LEAST TWO ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS
An electrical contact element having a frame clamp comprises a frame with a stationary thread, a clamping shoe and a clamping screw engaging in the stationary thread and being supported on the clamping shoe. A plastic holder with a cavity having two insertion openings arranged on opposite walls of the cavity is provided for inserting two electrical conductors to be contacted with one another, in which the frame clamp is arranged. The frame clamp is captively fixed in the cavity of the plastic holder by means of a latching. The frame clamp is mounted in a floating manner in the cavity of the plastic holder in the direction of at least one axis, which is oriented orthogonally to an insertion direction of the electrical contacts into the insertion openings.
