The housing has an end portion at an end of the slot in the longitudinal direction. The latch is installed to and extends around three sides of the end portion of the housing. The latch has a first retention feature, and the end portion has a second retention feature. When the first retention feature fully engages the second retention feature, the latch cannot be removed from the housing in a non-destructive manner. The actuator is in the first position when the first electrical contact is in electrical communication with a power source, and the actuator is in the second position when the electrical communication between the first electrical contact and the power source is disconnected. When the actuator is in the first position and the second electrical contact engage the first electrical contact, the interlock feature engages the actuator, thereby securing the first electrical contact device and the second electrical contact device against disconnection.
