CABLE CONNECTOR AND CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
Disclosed are a cable connector and a connector assembly. The cable connector includes a first insulator. A first electrical connection portion, a second electrical connection portion and a third electrical connection portion are sequentially arranged in the first insulator in a length direction thereof. The first electrical connection portion, the second electrical connection portion and the third electrical connection portion are connected to a first cable, a second cable and a third cable, respectively. One of the first electrical connection portion, the second electrical connection portion and the third electrical connection portion is a power supply connection portion, and at least one of the first electrical connection portion, the second electrical connection portion and the third electrical connection portion is a signal connection portion. The bottom of the first insulator is provided with a plugging portion and a first positioning portion extending downwards.
Plug Terminal, Plug and Energy Storage High-Voltage Connector
The present disclosure provides a plug terminal, a plug and an energy storage high-voltage connector and solves the problems that after the existing plug terminal is used, the temperature rise is too high after passing through a large current and the processing cost is too high. According to the present disclosure, the plug terminal is arranged as a 90° elbow formed by bending the middle section of a single pipe, comprising a plug-in pipe body, a flat pipe section and a wiring pipe body which are connected in sequence; the axis of the plug-in pipe body is intersected with and is perpendicular to the axis of the wiring pipe body; and the flat pipe section is arranged as a continuous flat pipe structure formed by pressing some pipe sections of the single pipe.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR WITH SEGMENTS HAVING DIFFERENT WIDTHS
An electrical connector includes an insulative housing, metal terminals, and a shell surrounding the housing. Contact portions of the metal terminals are exposed in openings of the housing and are arranged to contact conductive portions of a mating connector when the electrical connector and the mating connector are mated. The shell includes a first portion having a first length and a first width, and a second portion having a second length and a second width different from the first width. The first and second portions of the shell may have heights that are different from each other, such that a step is positioned between the first and second portions of the shell. The housing may have first and second portions having different heights, such that a shoulder is positioned between the first and second portions of the housing.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR WITH A HOUSING SURROUNDED BY A SHELL WITH SURFACE PROTRUSIONS
An electrical connector includes an insulative housing, metal terminals, and a shell. The metal terminals are being disposed in the housing such that contact portions of the terminals are exposed in openings of the housing and arranged to contact conductive portions of a mating connector when the electrical connector and the mating connector are mated. The shell surrounds external surfaces of the housing and includes first and second portions having first and second widths, respectively, and a third portion positioned between the first and second portions and having a third width less that each of the first and second widths. The shell also includes multiple protrusions extending outward from an external surface of the shell. The protrusions limit an insertion distance of the mating connector relative to the electrical connector when the mating connector is misaligned with the electrical connector during a mating operation.
TORSION LATCH
A cable connector is equipped with a torsion latching mechanism that offers a more positive retention within a jack and is less susceptible to accidental disengagement relative to cantilevered latches. The latching mechanism requires less displacement force to facilitate disengagement of the connector from the jack while maintaining a disengagement action that is familiar to users. The latching mechanism translates a downward pressure applied by the user to a torsion or twisting action that displaces the connector's latch and disengages the connector from the jack.
Plug-in connector
A plug-in connector has two pushbuttons arranged laterally thereon. An annular, asymmetric spiral spring is inserted in such a manner that the spiral spring, in its locking orientation, permits the respective pushbutton pin to move into the plug-in connector housing and prevents the pushbutton pin from moving out of the plug-in connector housing. The spiral spring can tilt from its locking orientation into its release orientation when arranged with its inner region in a release groove of the pushbutton pin. In its release orientation, the spiral spring permits the pushbutton pin to move out of the plug-in connector housing. This permits actuation similar to a ballpoint pen with only a few components and with high operating comfort.
ELECTRICAL DEVICE, IN PARTICULAR CONVERTER OR CONVERTER MOTOR, HAVING A COVER PART AND SIGNAL ELECTRONICS
In an electrical device, e.g., a converter or converter motor, having a cover part and signal electronics, the signal electronics have a first printed circuit board and a memory unit which is electrically plug connected to the first printed circuit board, e.g., by an electrical plug connection, and the memory unit has a switch unit, e.g., a selector switch and/or a DIP switch.
Electrical connection box with a waterproof member
An electrical connection box is provided with a connector-attached board and a shield case that internally houses the connector-attached board. The connector-attached board is provided with a circuit board, a connector that is fixed to the circuit board and that engages with a mating connector, and an attachment that is attached to the connector. The shield case surrounds the circuit board and is provided with an upper short wall portion and a lower short wall portion that include a connector opening for facing the connector outside. The attachment is provided with a waterproof portion that covers the periphery of an engagement surface of the connector that faces the mating connector, and the waterproof portion is provided with a waterproof wall that covers the periphery of the connector and the mating connector.
Receptacle connector
A receptacle connector 20 includes a housing 200 in which a recess 203 for housing a plug connector 30 is formed on a side opposite to a surface mounted on a substrate of the housing, a required number of contacts 220 arranged between end portions of the housing 200, and reinforcement metal fittings 230 each of which is provided on one of the end portions of the housing 200. The reinforcement metal fitting 230 has a cantilever resilient piece 235 that extends in the arrangement direction of the contacts 220, and a contact piece 236 that extends from a free end portion of the cantilever resilient piece 235 and comes into contact with the plug connector 30 when the receptacle connector 20 and the plug connector 30 are fitted to each other.
Fastening system for plug connector
The disclosure relates to a fastening system (1) for a plug connection (2). The fastening system (1) has a first holder element (3) for reversibly holding a first plug connector (5) and a second holder element (4) for reversibly holding a second plug connector (5′). The first and the second holder elements (3, 4) each have at least one latching arm (7, 7′) via which the first and the second holder elements (3, 4) can be reversibly interlocked to each other. The disclosure also relates to a different mounting possibilities, in particular of such a fastening system (1).
