An electrical outlet on a trailer may be coupled with a tool under control of the end effector and positioning of the robotic arm. The end effector may include a housing, a motor, a clutch, and a drive shaft. A tool coupled to the end effector may include an electro-mechanical (EM) coupler. The EM coupler may include a housing, an electric plug, a lid lifter, a lead screw, and a servomotor.
Rotatable electrical receptacle assembly for luminaire
An electrical receptacle assemblies and methods for assembling and mounting toolless receptacle assemblies to a housing of a luminaire. The receptacle assembly includes a rotatable receptacle that has an insert portion with an electrical face configured to mate with a photoelectric device and includes an outer ring portion that has a mounting face opposite the electrical face. The mounting face is configured to mount on the housing. A locating mechanism of the receptacle assembly is configured to orient the rotatable receptacle on the housing in a desired direction for optimal positioning of the photoelectric device. A locking base is configured to receive at least a portion of the insert portion. A releasable retention member if configured to couple to the locking base and the insert portion of the rotatable receptacle for securing the receptacle assembly to the housing.
Electrical connector
An electrical connector includes a body portion, a connecting wire, an electrically connecting portion, a locking element and a pressing element. The body portion has a first and a second end portion opposite to the first end. The connecting wire is located at the first end portion. The electrically connecting portion is located at the second end portion. The locking element is located in the electrically connecting portion and has an abutting end and a fastening end. The abutting end is located in the body portion, and the fastening end is located outside of the body portion. The pressing element is movably disposed on the body portion. Two ends of the pressing element are a pressing portion and a driving portion, respectively. The pressing portion is adjacently configured to the first end portion. The driving portion is to contact the abutting end.
Coaxial connector and cable assembly
A coaxial connector and a coaxial cable forming a cable assembly. The coaxial connector includes a cable entry side for entry of the coaxial cable and an opposite coupling side for coupling with the coaxial counter connector along the connector axis. The coaxial connector includes an inner contact element electrically connected with an inner conductor of the coaxial cable; an outer contact element electrically connected with an outer conductor of the coaxial cable; a dielectric connector element radially arranged between the inner contact element and the outer contact element; a connector housing arranged around the outer contact element; wherein the inner contact element is axially locked against the dielectric connector element and the dielectric connector element is axially locked against the connector housing such that the coaxial cable is strain relieved in an axial direction with respect to the connector housing.
Connector for supplying electric power
A connector for supplying electric power to a machine or other devices that require electrical energy, the connector facilitating and securing the connection, thereby preventing possible accidental disconnection. The connector comprises a male connector element, a protective piece, and a blocking device that, in a closed position of the connector, provides double blocking on a single element forming part of the male connector element, to prevent the connector of the invention from disconnecting. The blocking device is configured to block pins from tilting in the closed position of the connector, wherein the blocking device comprises rear projections solidly connected to the protective piece, and end portions solidly connected to the pins.
Connectable electric device to a textile electrically conductive band
Electric device with electric connection means suitable for connecting it to an electric power source, comprising a supporting surface for a textile electrically conductive band and retention means for retaining the textile electrically conductive band on supporting surface. Electric connection means comprise piercing means for piercing the textile electrically conductive band which are suitable for conducting an electric current. Textile electrically conductive band is made of double weaving and comprises two mutually parallel electrically conductive guides extending along the band. Each of the electrically conductive guides is located between two layers of textile material of said double weaving.
Spring lock interface with increased cable capacity
A test adapter assembly for an interface. The test adapter assembly has a test adapter frame having a first pair of opposing sides, a second pair of opposing sides and an engagement mechanism support member, the second pair of opposing sides being shorter than the first pair of opposing side, the first and second pairs of opposing sides forming a test adapter face; and a collar support member, the collar support member having plate portion mounted to one of the second pair of opposing sides of the test adapter frame and a collar mounting portion extending from the plate portion at an angle of 40-50° relative to the face of the test adapter frame.
Connector assembly having a device for dual position confirmation
A connector assembly has a device for dual position confirmation and is able to accurately show whether female and male connectors have been completely connected to each other at an appropriate position by a lever using the device for dual position confirmation and also to show the connected state and position of the lever. Rotation of the lever draws the connectors together so that, upon complete mating, a protrusion on the male connector causes release of a hook that retains the device whereby the device becomes tilted to indicate complete connection. The device is moved to a position in which it engages and fixes a handle of the lever.
Electrical connector
An electrical connector includes a male connector and a female connector. The male connector has a housing, a first tubular conductor, a second tubular conductor, and an inner conductor. The first tubular conductor is carried by the housing and has an exposed first cylindrical contact surface. The second tubular conductor has an exposed second cylindrical contact surface of a smaller diameter than the first cylindrical contact surface. The inner conductor has an exposed contact surface that has a smaller diameter than the second cylindrical contact surface. The female connector has a non-conductive female connector housing and three electrical contacts carried by the female connector housing. Each of the three electrical contacts electrically connect, with the male connector engaged with the female connector, to a respective one of the contact surfaces of the male connector.
Robust and reliable high speed electrical connector assembly
An electrical connector assembly including an electrical connector and a shell partially surrounding an insulative housing of the electrical connector. The insulative housing has a mating face with a socket formed therein. The socket can receive a first printed circuit board of a first electronic device such as a solid state drive (SSD). The shell includes a die cast body that has an outer shell and an inner shell separated by a slot. The inner shell includes an opening and the insulative housing is disposed within the opening. The slot receives an edge of a housing of the first electronic device. The shell includes features attached to a second electronic device such as a second printed circuit board (e.g., a motherboard). The shell includes a latching mechanism movably mounted to the body. Such configuration enables a robust and reliable electrical connection between the first electronic system and the second electronic system.
