Adapter and power tool system
An adapter for connecting a single voltage battery pack to a power tool, the single voltage battery pack configured to output only one voltage and provided with a single voltage battery interface, the power tool detachable coupled with a multi-voltage battery pack and provided with a power tool interface, the single voltage battery interface being not coupleable to the power tool interface, the adapter comprising a housing, an input interface disposed in the housing and provided for electrically and mechanically coupling with the single voltage battery interface of the single voltage battery pack, an output interface disposed in the housing and provided for electrically and mechanically coupling with the power tool interface of the power tool, the input interface electrically connected with the output interface, wherein the power tool can be powered by the single voltage battery pack through the adapter.
CONNECTOR
It is aimed to enable a peak value reduction of connection resistance without hindering a connecting operation. A first housing includes an initial position holding portion for holding a movable housing at an initial position and a connection position holding portion for holding the movable housing at a connection position. A facing interval between the movable housing at the initial position and the second housing is narrower than that between a housing body and the second housing, and a facing interval between the movable housing at the connection position and the second housing is equal to that between the housing body and the second housing. The second housing is provided with a holding releasing portion for releasing holding by the initial position holding portion when the movable housing reaches a position just before a proper connection position in a connection process to the first housing.
Flex jumper assembly for a plug connector assembly
A plug connector assembly includes first and second plug connectors each including a plug housing having a top wall, a bottom wall, a first side wall, and a second side wall forming a cavity. The side walls include a housing securing feature. The plug connector assembly includes a flex jumper assembly coupled between the plug connectors having a flex circuit extending between first and second paddle cards. The paddle cards each include a rigid substrate having a mating end and side edges extending to a flex circuit end. The rigid substrate includes a plug connector securing feature at the side edge engaging the housing securing feature to retain the paddle card in the corresponding plug housing. The flex circuit is flexible between the first and second paddle cards.

Electrical connector assembly
An electrical connector assembly includes a receptacle connector and a plug connector mateable with each other at least in the front-to-back direction. The receptacle connector includes an insulative receptacle housing with a plurality of receptacle contacts therein, and a pair of deflectable metal latches. The plug connector includes an insulative plug housing with a plurality of plug contacts therein, and a pair of immovable metal locking pieces having corresponding locking protrusions to be engaged with the corresponding locking heads of the latches during mating.
Connection device
A connection device electrically connects a textile to an electrical contact of a connector. The connection device is received in an insertion direction in the connector. The connection device includes a body and an attachment device. The body has a first end and a second end opposite the first end in the insertion direction. The body has a first surface extending between the first end and the second end and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The body has a portion at the first end extending essentially transversely from the first surface, the portion having an aperture into which the textile is inserted. The attachment device for the textile is connected to the second surface at the first end.
CONNECTOR WITH CABLE
A connector with cable is provided with a cable including a wire, a sheath and a braided member interposed between the wire and the sheath, the braided member being formed by braiding conductive wire materials, the braided member being provided with a folded portion formed by folding the braided member exposed from an end of the sheath toward the sheath, a sleeve made of metal and externally fit to an outer surface of the sheath inside the folded portion in a radial direction of the cable, a shield member made of metal and including a barrel for sandwiching the folded portion between the sleeve and the barrel while being crimped to an outer surface of the folded portion, and a housing covered with the shield member. A sleeve-side protrusion projecting radially outwardly of the cable is formed on a rear end part of the sleeve.
