Sealed Cable Feedthrough of a Plug Connector
A sealed cable feedthrough of a plug connector includes a housing having an opening receiving a cable, a cover partially covering the opening, the cover having a through hole receiving the cable along an insertion direction, and a seal member sealing an interface between the housing and the cover. The seal member has a tubular member with a through hole receiving the cable along the insertion direction. The tubular member is arranged within the through hole of the cover and extends along a direction parallel to the insertion direction. The tubular member seals an interface between the cover and the cable.
Terminal System Of A Connector System
A terminal system includes a first terminal assembly, a sleeve disposed around the first terminal assembly, and a second terminal assembly matable with the first terminal assembly along a longitudinal direction. The sleeve is movable with respect to the first terminal assembly from an insertion position to an end position along the longitudinal direction toward the second terminal assembly while the first terminal assembly remains stationary in a mated position with the second terminal assembly.
System and method using a hand-mounted force sensor to verify installation of connector-position-assurance enabled electrical connector
The present invention is a system and method using a hand-mounted force sensor to verify installation of a CPA-enabled electrical connector. The system has at least one CPA-enabled electrical connector with a locking button; at least one hand-mounted force sensor; an interface board; a transmission channel; a system processor; a non-transitory computer readable memory element; a display; and an input. The hand-mounted force sensors have an electrical output that is proportional to the force. The method is accomplished with the steps of mounting at least one force sensor so that it will record the force exerted when depressing a locking button of a CPA-enabled electrical connector; depressing the locking button; measuring the force; recording the force; comparing the force to a pre-determined threshold; passing the CPA-enabled electrical connector if the force was less than the pre-determined threshold and otherwise failing it.

HEAD PART OF AN IMPLANTABLE DEVICE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE HEAD PART AS WELL AS A PLUG ASSEMBLY WHICH CAN BE FITTED INTO THE HEAD PART
The invention is a head part of an implantable device, method of production thereof and a plug which can be fitted into the head part. The head part comprises a housing which has at least one blind hole plug contact socket with a socket opening as well as a socket base axially opposite the socket opening, along which at least one electrically conductive contact ring element and an electrically insulating, elastically deformable sealing ring, which are enclosed by a solidified casting compound, are joined together coaxially axially. Arranged within the head part is at least one second blind hole plug contact socket with a socket opening as a socket base axially opposite the socket opening, along which at least one electrically conductive contact ring element and an electrically insulating, elastically deformable sealing ring is located, which are enclosed by the solidified casting compound, are joined together in a coaxial arrangement and in an axially serial sequence.
CONNECTOR UNIT AND WIRE HARNESS
A connector unit comprises: a connector having terminals connected to the terminal parts of wires, and a housing for holding the terminals; and a cylindrical connector cover that is made of an elastic material and that covers the housing. The connector has a connector position guarantee component for guaranteeing correct fitting into a counterpart connector. The connector cover has an open window for exposing the connector position guarantee component to the exterior of the connector cover, and a lid part for covering the open window in an openable/closable manner.

CABLE CONNECTOR
A cable connector for fixing a fastening a cable can include a connector cover rotatable fastened to a connector body, and a cover fixing unit disposed on a side of the connector body. The connector cover can include connector terminals arranged side by side along an edge of an end thereof, and a guide groove extending in a direction in which the connector terminals are arranged. Thus, in the cable connector, a flat cable can be inserted into the cable connector in the width direction. As such, damage to the cable connector in the fastening process of the flat cable can be prevented.
Power plug retention clip
A retention clip includes a clip body having a retention portion configured to releasably engage and releasably secure a plug. The retention portion includes clips extending from the clip body. The clips are configured to engage and releasably secure the clip body to the plug. The clip body further includes at least one post extending from the clip body. The at least one post is configured to secure the clip body to a connector element of a support structure by coupling with the connector element.
