Connector with retainer
It is aimed to provide a connector capable of properly exhibiting functions of a detection piece. A connector is provided with a housing (10) including a cavity (16), a terminal fitting (40) to be inserted into the cavity (16) from behind and including a tubular box portion (41) having open front and rear surfaces, a tab (31) of a mating terminal fitting (30) being inserted into the box portion (41) from front, and a retainer (60) to be mounted into the housing (10) and including a detection piece (64) capable of coming into contact with a rear end of the box portion (41). The detection piece (64) includes a recess (73) for avoiding interference with the tab (31) passed through the box portion (41).
CONTACT ARRANGEMENT FOR A COAXIAL PLUG AND MUTLIPLE CONTACT ARRANGEMENT
A contact arrangement for a coaxial plug comprises an inner conductor contact having an insertion opening for inserting a mating contact in a mating direction, and an insulating dielectric body enclosing the inner conductor contact. The inner contact and the insulation body each define insertion bevels in an area of the insertion opening.

Surface-mountable thermocouple connector with reverse polarity protection
A connector to easily and correctly join an electrical component to a printed circuit board is provided. The connector comprises a generally C-shaped electrically conductive element that provides for connection alternatively to the positive and negative terminals of a device depending on the orientation of the connector. As a result of the shapes of the ends of the connector, a device can only be plugged in one way. The connector can be made from a single sheet of electrically conductive material bent generally into a “C” shape, with specific tabs and cuts made therein. The connector includes a tab that allows for quick and automated connection to a printed circuit board, and an element to prevent connectors from interlocking while in a loose and unconnected state as, during manufacturing, plating, or storage, allowing them to be added to a board using automated procedures for quick, accurate and low cost construction.

LEVER-TYPE CONNECTOR
A lever-type connector has a male housing (10) including a bottom wall (11) formed with through hole (23, 24) and a receptacle (12) extending forward from an outer periphery of the bottom wall (11). A female housing (30) is capable of fitting into the receptacle (12). A lever (33) is mounted on the female housing (30) and connects the male and female housings (10, 30) by being rotated from an initial position to a connection position. An arm (36) of the lever (33) is between an outer surface of the female housing (30) and an inner surface of the receptacle (12). First and second closing portions (40, 41) are on the arm (36) and are configured to close a clearance between an upper opening (13) of the receptacle (12) and the lever (33) by being above the through holes (23, 24) with the lever (33) at the connection position.
