A discharge device for a rolling bearing as well as a method for discharging electrostatic loads to a rolling bearing including a flexurally elastic conductor. The conductor includes a first conductor section and a second conductor section for forming a contact arrangement at a rolling bearing. The first conductor section electrically engages a first bearing ring and the second conductor section electrically engages a second bearing ring of the rolling bearing to form an electrically conductive connection between the first bearing ring and the second bearing ring.

PLUG-IN CONNECTOR WITH LATCHING ELEMENT
20170250503 · 2017-08-31 ·

A plug-in connector comprises a first connecting part with at least one first contact element and a second connecting part with at least one second contact element. The first connecting part is configured for being connected with and disconnected from the second connecting part. The first connecting part comprises a latching element with a snap-in member, and the second connecting part comprises a retaining sleeve configured for accepting the latching element. The latching pin and the retaining sleeve constitute a mechanical mechanism provided in addition to the at least one first contact element and the at least one second contact element. A mechanical interaction between the latching pin and the retaining sleeve enforces a predetermined motion pattern of the at least one first contact element relative to the at least one second contact element during a process of connecting or disconnecting the first connecting part and the second connecting part.

Static electricity neutralizing device and static electricity neutralizing method

To neutralize static electricity in a charged coaxial cable with a decreased installation space. The first base member 2A and the second base member 2B are installed at the adapter 13 in order to interpose a box nut 13a of the adapter 13 therebetween and are fixed by fixing means 6. A flexible rod-like static electricity neutralizing contact 4 is erected on the second base member 2B parallel to the adapter 13. The static electricity neutralizing contact 4 is brought into contact with a central conductor and an outer conductor of a coaxial connector 15a before the coaxial connector 15a of a coaxial cable 15 is connected to the adapter 13, and static electricity in the charged coaxial cable 15 is neutralized.

When the shielding shell is at the closed position, a second end of the shielding shell is electrically connected with at least one grounding medium electrically connected with the circuit board. When the shielding shell is at the open position, an observation window is formed between the shielding shell and the grounding medium to expose the conducting portions of the terminals.

Active cable with external power
11201422 · 2021-12-14 · ·

This invention is an active cable or cables with a female micro USB or other connector recessed at the rear end of the HDMI plug for connecting external power when needed. The recessed connector is connected to an internal circuitry that combines this external power with the power from the source or sink device via a straight or “OR” circuits. This design is clean when no external power is needed because there're no dangling pigtails with USB plugs. When external power is needed because the source or sink devices can't provide enough current, the user can use for example widely available male micro USB to male USB cable (the standard charging cable for most Android phones and many other computer or phone accessories) or other cable to get external power, and the cable length can be selected to fit the application.
