High-speed connector with shielding piece surrounding signal pins and connected to ground pins

The present disclosure discloses a high-speed connector including an insulating body and a terminal module. The terminal module includes a number of terminal groups. Each terminal group includes a number of ground terminals, a number of signal terminals and a shielding piece. The ground terminal includes a ground pin. The signal terminal includes a signal pin. The shielding piece includes a number of convex portions and a number of surrounding portions. The ground pins and the signal pins are distributed in a staggered manner. At least one ground pin is in contact with the convex portion of the shielding piece. The surrounding portion surrounds the signal pins. When the ground pins and the signal pins are no longer in the same plane or the same row, the shielding piece can prevent cross-talk among signals, thereby improving the transmission quality.

A shielding housing structure of an electric connector includes an insulating body including a first terminal slot for insertion of a first terminal set, a second terminal slot for insertion of a second terminal set, a socket for insertion of a preset board; a shielding housing having an accommodation space assembled with a top side of the insulating body, and top holes and lateral holes formed thereon, and an insertion hole formed on upper edges of lateral hole; and a movable cover having a top covering plate having top openings, and a side covering plate having lateral openings. The top covering plate is plugged into the insertion hole, and can be slid to a first position to form thermal convection ventilation holes on the shielding housing structure, or the top covering plate can be slid to a second position to form an enclosing status of the shielding housing.

Electrical connector with shielding features integral with a lateral wall of a frame

Provided is a connector having the smaller number of constituting components while ensuring strength and blocking property of a frame. The connector of the invention includes a frame and is capable of allowing a counter connector to be fitted in an inside of the frame, and the connector includes a lateral wall provided to the frame and surrounding the counter connector which is in a state of being fitted with the connector, a first terminal and a second terminal separately disposed at different positions in the inside of the frame, and a blocking portion disposed between the first terminal and the second terminal in the inside of the frame. The lateral wall is seamlessly continuous over an entire circumference of the frame, and the lateral wall and the blocking portion are formed of a single member and are integrated.

HEATED HOSE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS

An electrical connector system for use with independently heated hoses includes a first electrical connector, a second electrical connector, a third electrical connector, and a fourth electrical connector. The first electrical connector includes a first key that mates with a second key of the second electrical connector. The third electrical connector includes a third key that mates with a fourth key of the fourth electrical connector. The first and second keys differ from the third and fourth keys, ensuring the electrical connectors are correctly connected.

Electrical cable assembly

The cable assembly includes a first wire assembly. The first wire assembly is connected to a first connector and a second connector. The first connector includes a shell and the shell includes an extension. The extension extends away from the rear of the connector. In one embodiment, the extension is integral with the shell. The extension includes one or more openings. The first wire assembly is bent in a controlled manner at first bend. The first opening in the extension maintains the first wire assembly in the bent position to maintain control of the radius in first bend. The radius is controlled to allow the first wire assembly to fit in a small space.
