An EMC filter plug-in arrangement with an EMC filter to avoid or reduce electrical and/or electromagnetic interference caused by an electronic component, in particular an inverter of a refrigerant compressor. The EMC filter plug-in arrangement has an EMC filter, a plug-in housing formed for receiving the EMC filter and having electrical conductor contacts formed on the outside which are in electrical contact with the EMC filter, and a plug-in receptacle formed for arrangement with an electronic component into which the plug-in housing can be plugged in to provide electrical contact between the EMC filter and the electronic component.

ELECTRIFIED VEHICLE CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY WITH INTEGRATED NOISE SUPPRESSION

An electrical connector for a vehicle provides integrated noise suppression and includes a housing having openings at both ends, conductors extending through the openings, a magnetic ring surrounding but spaced from the conductors, capacitors spaced from the magnetic ring and coupled to the conductors, and insulating filler disposed within the housing and contacting the magnetic ring and the capacitors.

Plug-in antenna

A plug-in device is provided for adapting a building's electrical wiring system as an antenna for receiving radio or over-the air television signals. The device has a plug for insertion into an electrical receptacle in the building, a coaxial connector for providing the communication signal captured by the antenna to a signal receiver, and a plurality of conducting wires extending from the plug to the coaxial connector. The conducting wires comprise first and second wires, and a third wire in electrical contact with the coaxial connector. The first and second wires are electrically insulated from each other and from the third wire to prevent passage of alternating current (AC) power to the signal receiver. The wires are wound to inductively transfer the communication signal captured by the antenna to the third wire for output to the signal receiver via the coaxial connector.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR

An electrical connector for mounting on an external circuit board includes: an insulating body; a terminal module assembled on the insulating body and including a plurality of mating terminals, an insulating carrier with an accommodating cavity, plural intermediate terminals fixed on one side of the insulating carrier and electrically connected to the mating terminals, plural pin terminals fixed on the other side of the insulating carrier, and a magnetic module accommodated in the accommodating cavity and electrically connected to the intermediate terminals and the pin terminals, wherein the insulating carrier is a two-piece housing, the intermediate terminals are held in one housing piece, and the pin terminals are held in the other housing piece.

SURFACE MOUNT ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR

A surface mount electrical connector and methods of making and using a surface mount electrical connector. The connector includes a housing and a contact subassembly received in the housing. The contact subassembly includes interface contacts, board termination contacts, and an internal circuit board. The interface contacts and the board termination contacts are mounted to the internal circuit board to electrically connect the interface contacts and the board termination contacts through the internal circuit board. Each of surface mount tail ends of the board termination contacts has a bent portion that defines a mounting surface configured to be surface mounted to a mounting face of a main circuit board, to establish an electrical connection between the board termination contacts and the main circuit board.

Communications plug with improved crosstalk

Disclosed herein are various implementations of communications connectors. In some implementations, a communications plug may include a housing and a body positioned in the housing. A flexible printed circuit board (PCB) may be wrapped at least partially around the body, a and a plurality of metal contact pads may be positioned on the flexible PCB to mate with plug interface contacts (PICs) of a communications jack when the communications plug is inserted into the communications jack.

Methods and systems for compensating for alien crosstalk between connectors

The present invention relates to methods and systems for minimizing alien crosstalk between connectors. Specifically, the methods and systems relate to isolation and compensation techniques for minimizing alien crosstalk between connectors for use with high-speed data cabling. A frame can be configured to receive a number of connectors. Shield structures may be positioned to isolate at least a subset of the connectors from one another. The connectors can be positioned to move at least a subset of the connectors away from alignment with a common plane. A signal compensator may be configured to adjust a data signal to compensate for alien crosstalk. The connectors are configured to efficiently and accurately propagate high-speed data signals by, among other functions, minimizing alien crosstalk.
