A battery monitoring unit includes a plurality of voltage detection lines, a flexible printed circuit board extending in a stuck direction of single batteries, an electronic circuit connected to one end portions of the plurality of the voltage detection lines so as to detect voltage of each of the single batteries and mounted on the flexible printed circuit board, a plurality of busbar fixing portions formed integrally with the flexible printed circuit board and to which the plurality of the busbars are fixed respectively, and communication lines disposed in the flexible printed circuit board so as to connect between the electronic circuit and a battery ECU.

BUS BAR HEADER ASSEMBLY

A header assembly includes a header having a header base. An engagement portion extends from the header base and defines a bus bar space. A header shroud also extends from the header base and defines a terminal space. A terminal opening passes through the header base between the bus bar space and the terminal space. The engagement portion is configured to engage a bus bar and the header shroud is configured to engage an electrical connector.

An electrical raceway installation apparatus and method for installing an electrical raceway into a floor grid assembly of an aircraft. The electrical raceway installation apparatus includes a backing for connection to the electrical raceway. Floor grid tooling includes a horizontal beam that supports a floor grid assembly of an aircraft. The horizontal beam has a cutout that provides space under the floor grid assembly for insertion of the backing and electrical raceway. A hoist is connected to the floor grid tooling and lifts the backing and the electrical raceway through the space to a position for attachment with the floor grid assembly of the aircraft.
