Busbar assembly for an electric motor
A busbar assembly for an electric motor may include a busbar holder at least a portion of which is made of an electrically insulating material, and at least one busbar mounted on the busbar holder. The busbar may include a base portion extending along a mounting surface of the busbar holder, at least one coil connection terminal portion to be electrically connected to a coil of the electric motor, and a power source connection terminal portion to be electrically connected to a power source. The power source connection terminal portion may extend from the base portion and at least a portion of the base portion may include a resilient member allowing displacement of the power source connection terminal portion towards the busbar holder.
Support assembly with a support member and a track assembly
A support assembly includes a support member and a track assembly. The support member may include a conductor and/or a pin. The track assembly may include a bus bar. The conductor may be configured to rotate with and/or about the pin to selectively engage the bus bar. The conductor may be configured to rotate about a vertical axis to selectively engage the bus bar. The conductor may be substantially curved and/or substantially planar. The conductor may include a first position and/or a second position. The conductor may not be in electrical contact with the bus bar when in the first position and/or the conductor may be in electrical contact with the bus bar when in the second position. When the conductor is in the first position, the conductor may not restrict removal of the support member from the track assembly.
BRIDGING CONNECTOR, CONNECTION ASSEMBLY, VEHICLE LAMP, AND VEHICLE
A design of a bridging connector, a connection assembly, a vehicle lamp, and a vehicle. The bridging connector is used to connect circuit board components arranged on a carrier, and the circuit board component is provided with electrical contact holes and has a board surface. The bridging connector includes a housing with contact surfaces and contact bodies arranged in the housing. In the installed state, the contact surfaces are in contact with the board surface, and the contact bodies are located in the electrical contact holes in a manner of being in contact with the electrical contact holes. The housing is provided with guide holes, and the guide holes cooperate with guide pins provided on the carrier so that the contact bodies occupy a predetermined position with respect to the electrical contact holes.
Busbar current sensor assembly
A busbar current sensor assembly includes a busbar member that includes a first cavity and a second cavity. The second cavity is disposed opposite the first cavity. The busbar current sensor assembly also includes a first current sensor disposed in the first cavity such that the first cavity at least partially surrounds the first current sensor and a second current sensor disposed in the second cavity such that the second cavity at least partially surrounds the second current sensor.
Theatre raceway assembly for electrical and communication distribution
A theatre raceway comprising an outlet assembly and a back shell. The outlet assembly includes an electrical component mounted to an outlet frame having wire stays for guiding an electrical wire (e.g., a communication wire or a power wire). The wire stays are spaced apart to facilitate access to the wires. The back shell is secured to the outlet assembly and covers the wire stays. In one embodiment, the raceway further comprises an alignment feature that aligns the back shell with the outlet assembly. For example, the alignment feature can comprises a tab on the outlet assembly and a recess on the back shell. The raceway can also include a fastener securing the back shell to the outlet assembly, wherein the fastener includes a head positioned in a recessed portion of the back shell.
Modular electrical signal supply assemblies and vehicles including the same
A modular electrical signal supply assembly includes at least one power/data strip (PDS) configured to provide an electrical signal to an electrical device and at least one mounting clip configured to couple each PDS to a sub-floor surface structure. A vehicle includes an interior cabin with an electrical signal distribution system that includes at least one modular electrical signal supply assembly and at least one electrical devices. Each modular electrical signal supply assembly includes a PDS and a mounting clip. Each PDS is configured to provide an electrical signal to an electrical device and is electrically coupled to at least one other PDS.
ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX
Provided are an electrical junction box for which the time required for production is short, and a method for manufacturing the electrical junction box. An electrical junction box houses an electric device. A plurality of external devices are connected to each other via the electric device housed in the electrical junction box. The electrical junction box includes a housing box and a connector. The housing box is provided with an insertion port 40 into which the connector is inserted, and an opposite opening that is opposite to the insertion port. The insertion port and the opposite opening have the same axial direction. Inside the housing box, a component can be attached to the connector.
