An electrical connection unit includes a metal plate, a first electronic component, a first bus bar, and a first base member. The first bus bar is electrically connected to the first electronic component. The first base member includes: a first flat surface portion having a plate shape, having a first surface and a second surface, and holding the first bus bar, the first surface facing the first electronic component, the second surface being located on a side opposite to the first surface and facing the metal plate; a first portion having a plate shape and extending from the first flat surface portion in a first direction intersecting the first surface; and a second portion supported by the first portion, disposed at a position different from the first surface in the first direction, and fixed to the metal plate.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION UNIT
An electrical connection unit includes a first electronic component, a base member, a first connection component, and a bus bar. The base member includes a flat surface portion. The flat surface portion has a first surface facing the first electronic component and a second surface located opposite the first surface. The flat surface portion includes an accommodation portion recessed or penetrating the flat surface portion in a first direction (thickness direction). The bus bar includes a plate portion accommodated in the accommodation portion and extending along the flat surface portion. The plate portion includes a first connection portion that overlaps the first connection component, and an extending portion extending from the first connection portion in a second direction intersecting the first direction. At least part of the extending portion is exposed to an outside of the base member on the first surface side.

An electrical connection unit includes a first electronic component and a routing board. The first electronic component includes a first terminal. The routing board includes a base member and a first bus bar. The base member has a plate-shaped or sheet-shaped flat surface portion having a first surface facing the first electronic component. The first bus bar is held by the flat surface portion and electrically connected to the first terminal of the first electronic component. In a case where a thickness direction of the flat surface portion is a first direction, the flat surface portion includes a first accommodation portion that is recessed in the first direction or penetrates the flat surface portion in the first direction. At least part of the first bus bar is accommodated in the first accommodation portion and extends along the flat surface portion.

A connection component is for connecting a first bus bar to a connection target component, and includes: a first portion extending in a first direction; and a second portion that extends from one end of the first portion in a second direction intersecting the first direction, faces the first bus bar in the first direction, and is fixed to the first bus bar, in which the first portion includes a first attachment portion to which a first fastening member is attachable in the first direction in a case where a first connection target component is applied as the connection target component, and a second attachment portion to which a second fastening member is attachable in the second direction in a case where a second connection target component is applied as the connection target component.

An electrical connection unit includes an insulating base member including a plate-shaped or sheet-shaped flat surface portion having a first surface and a second surface, a conductive bus bar held by the flat surface portion, an electronic component including a terminal and a connector connection portion, and a connector member including a first connector detachably connected to the connector connection portion, a second connector to which an external connector is detachably connected from outside, and a connector holding portion holding the first connector and the second connector, in which the connector holding portion includes a first portion holding the first connector and extending in the second direction in a state in which the first connector is connected to the connector connection portion, and a second portion holding the second connector, connected to the first portion, and extending to a first side in the first direction.
Busbar device and intermediate circuit capacitor apparatus having a snubber action, and motor vehicle
A busbar device, a corresponding intermediate circuit capacitor apparatus and a motor vehicle equipped therewith are provided. The busbar device has electrical contact elements, each forming a contact surface region in which they extend parallel to one another in a planar manner. On at least one end thereof each of the contact elements has a connection region as an outer connection. The contact elements form a snubber capacitor. For this purpose the contact surface regions are spaced apart from one another, perpendicularly to their main extension plane, only by an electrical insulation layer. Moreover, the contact surface regions extend, in the directions which span their main extension plane, over the majority of a total extent of the busbar device. The height of the busbar device perpendicularly to the main extension plane of the contact surface regions is less than the extent thereof in this main extension plane.
