Fuse adapter

A fuse adapter assembly includes a fuse adapter having an adapter base. A fuse shroud extends from the adapter base and defines a fuse cavity. An adapter shroud also extends from the adapter base and defines an adapter terminal space. A fuse terminal opening passes through the adapter base between the fuse cavity and the adapter terminal space. A fuse enclosure is located within the fuse cavity and is configured to retain a fuse. The fuse cavity is configured to engage a header and the adapter shroud is configured to engage an electrical connector.

Manual disconnect with connector position assurance assembly

A manual disconnect for an electric circuit includes a base with primary terminals and an interlock connector. A plug assembly has fuse terminals and an interlock resistor assembly. The plug assembly is adapted to be moved relative to the base between a disconnected position, a primary circuit engaged position, and an interlock position. The plug assembly is moved linearly and rotationally relative to the base when moving between these positions. The manual disconnect also includes a connector position assurance assembly. The connector position assurance assembly includes a connector position assurance button that is movable relative to the plug assembly. The connector position assurance button can be moved between a pre-lock position and an assurance position. When located in the assurance position, the connector position assurance assembly prevents the plug assembly from rotating relative to the base.

Manual disconnect with connector position assurance assembly

A manual disconnect for an electric circuit includes a base with primary terminals and an interlock connector. A plug assembly has fuse terminals and an interlock resistor assembly. The plug assembly is adapted to be moved relative to the base between a disconnected position, a primary circuit engaged position, and an interlock position. The plug assembly is moved linearly and rotationally relative to the base when moving between these positions. The manual disconnect also includes a connector position assurance assembly. The connector position assurance assembly includes a connector position assurance button that is movable relative to the plug assembly. The connector position assurance button can be moved between a pre-lock position and an assurance position. When located in the assurance position, the connector position assurance assembly prevents the plug assembly from rotating relative to the base.

LIGHTING DEVICE AND LUMINAIRE

A tubular LED lighting device (10) comprising an LED, a driver (18) for driving the LED, and an electrical connector (14). The lighting device further comprises a thermally triggered switch (16) for prevention of overheating of the electrical connector. The thermally triggered switch is connected in series between the electrical connector and the driver, and the thermally triggered switch is configured to interrupt current in the event of the temperature of the electrical connector meeting a triggering condition. If a significant degree of arcing occurs the electrical connector will heat up such that the triggering condition will be met and the current flow between the electrical connector and the driver will be interrupted. There is also provided a luminaire (20) comprising the tubular LED lighting device.

Lighting device and luminaire

A tubular LED lighting device (10) comprising an LED, a driver (18) for driving the LED, and an electrical connector (14). The lighting device further comprises a thermally triggered switch (16) for prevention of overheating of the electrical connector. A plastic lampholder with a thermostat includes a housing, a plastic bracket, a plastic threaded ring, a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, a thermostat and a top cover and is installed to a downlight. The lampholder has two slots for plugging two electrodes of a power line by a bare line section, so that a power source is introduced to the lampholder. Both of the plastic bracket and housing of the lampholder are made of a plastic material and integrally formed, and the plastic threaded ring of the lampholder is integrally formed in the housing. Power is conducted through a thermostat to prevent the lampholder from burning by high temperatures.

A fuse cover lock 26 has a return portion that is inserted through a through hole, which is an engagement portion 42, so as to be brought into engagement with a step portion 44. In the return portion that is in engagement with the step portion 44, an end portion on a side facing a fuse cover 4 in an assembling direction of a fuse holder 2 to the fuse cover 4 is positioned near a circumferential edge of an opening of the through hole.
