A rotary connector includes a fixed housing having an outer cylindrical section, a movable housing, having an inner cylindrical section, and rotatably connected to the fixed housing, a main cable accommodated inside an annular space formed between the outer cylindrical section and the inner cylindrical section, a sub cable having one end connected to one end of the main cable and the other end connected to an external terminal, and a lead block. The lead block has a first block, to which the one end of the main cable and the one end of the sub cable are fixed, and a second block, which is fixed at an arrangement angle crossing an angle at which the first block is arranged, and to which the other end of the sub cable and the external terminal are fixed.
Robot joint and robot including the same
A robot joint and a robot using the robot joint is provided. The robot joint includes a first part and a second part configured to be rotatable with each other around a joint axis. A flexible printed circuit board is further included with a first fixing point and a second fixing point respectively fastened to the first part and the second part. The flexible printed circuit board is spiral-shaped prior to bending. With the relative rotation of the first part and the second part, the flexible printed circuit board is bent at various bending portions. This makes the robot joint more compact with a larger rotation range and a long lifetime in a cost effective way.
Connection structure body and rotary connector apparatus provided with connection structure body
Provided is a connection structure body capable of detecting a break with ease and high accuracy and achieving high connection reliability and safety. A connection structure body 2 includes a first FFC (41), a stator side primary molding body (50), and a rotator side primary molding body (60) which are attached to both end portions (41A) and (41B) of the first FFC respectively and are able to make an electrical connection between the first FFC and the outside. The rotator side primary molding body 60 includes busbars (61-1a), (61-1b), (61-1c), and (61-1d) arranged in parallel to each other corresponding to busbars (51-1a to 51-1d), a conductive portion (61-2) that electrically connects a pair of busbars (61-1a) and (61-1d) positioned on both ends respectively in the alignment direction of the busbars (61-1a to 61-1d), and a busbar case (62) for holding the busbars (61-1a to 61-1d) in such a manner that the busbars (61-1a to 61-1d) are partly exposed. The busbars (61-1a) and (61-1d) and the conductive portion (61-2) constitute an abnormality detection circuit by forming a part of a closed circuit.
FEEDBACK ALGORITHMS FOR MANUAL BAILOUT SYSTEMS FOR SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS
The present disclosure provides a surgical instrument including an end effector, a drive member movable to effectuate a motion in said end effector, a motor operable to move the drive member to effectuate the motion in the end effector and a bailout assembly operable to perform a mechanical bailout of the surgical instrument in response to a bailout error. The bailout assembly includes a bailout door, a bailout handle accessible through the bailout door. The bailout handle is operable to move the drive member to effectuate a bailout motion in the end effector. A controller includes a memory and a processor coupled to the memory. The processor is configured to detect the bailout error. The processor is programed to stop the motor in response to the detection of the bailout error.
Electric connection structure and image forming apparatus
An electric connection structure includes: a connection terminal that includes a compression coil spring part; a terminal holding part that includes a base supporting one end surface side of the compression coil spring part and a guide part provided along an outer surface of the compression coil spring part; and a lead wire that includes a folded-back part in one end part. In the electric connection structure, the folded-back part is held between the one end surface of the compression coil spring part and a support part and two lines of the folded-back part are brought into contact with the connection terminal, and the connection terminal and the lead wire are thereby electrically connected.
Rotary connector and fixing structure of rotary connector
Looseness of a rotary connector and lifting of the rotary connector which occurs depending on a harness wiring state are prevented, to reduce inconvenience such as generation of an abnormal sound due to the rotary connector contacting a steering wheel. In a fixing structure of a rotary connector, which includes a projecting piece 15 to fix the rotary connector to a combination switch and a locked portion 22a to be locked by the projecting piece 15 and in which a laterally protruding locking claw 31 is formed in a tip portion of the projecting piece 15, the locking claw 31 of the projecting piece 15 is integrally provided with a flexible urging portion 15a that displaces and urges the locking claw 31 in a locking direction. A contact surface 32 is formed on the locking claw 31, the contact surface 32 obliquely coming into contact with a locking side corner 23 of the locked portion 22a from the opposing side.
Retractable Wall Outlet Extension
A retractable wall outlet extension for easily relocating a wall outlet includes an outlet housing having a cavity between a front side, a rear side, a left side, a right side, a bottom side, and a top side. An at least one outlet is coupled to the outlet housing within an at least one outlet aperture. A spool assembly comprises an axel coupled within the outlet housing, a spool rotatably coupled to the axel, and a tensioner spring is coupled between the spool and the axel. An extension cord has a proximal end coupled to each of the at least one outlets, is wound around the spool and through the cord aperture with a distal end having a plug.
