Method for manufacturing a brush-commutated direct-current motor
A brush-commutated direct-current motor comprises a stator with a plurality of exciter poles, a rotor with a plurality of pole teeth, which is rotatable relative to the stator about an axis of rotation, grooves arranged between the pole teeth, and coil windings arranged on the pole teeth and a commutator which is arranged on the rotor and a plurality of lamellae to which the coil windings are connected. For manufacturing such direct-current motor the coil windings are arranged on the pole teeth in winding cycles, in each of which a coil winding is wound onto each pole tooth. It is provided that on each pole tooth a first coil winding wound around the pole tooth in a first winding direction and a second coil winding wound around the pole tooth in a second winding direction opposite to the first winding direction are arranged.

Armature for permanent magnet brushed motor
An armature for a permanent magnet brushed motor includes a shaft, a number of silicon steel laminations circumferentially around the shaft, a commutator adjacent to an end of the shaft, and an enameled wire winding wound around the silicon steel laminations and the commutator. A plastic sleeve capable of withstanding high temperature is disposed between the commutator and the silicon steel laminations and adjacent to the commutator. A plastic member wraps around where the enameled wire winding winds the commutator, and fixedly attaching to the plastic sleeve. As such, the plastic member establishes a first point of attachment at where the enameled wire winding winds the commutator and a second point of attachment to the plastic sleeve. The problem of the enameled wire winding being loosed or broken due to the armature's high-speed rotation is prevented, thereby enhancing the motor's robustness and operational life.
Resolver
A resolver includes: a stator core; and an insulator that is mounted on the annular stator core, wherein a terminal pin base that extends outward in a radial direction is integrally formed in the insulator, wherein a plurality of terminal pins are disposed on the terminal pin base, wherein each of the terminal pins has a first connecting portion at one end and a second connecting portion at the other end, wherein first and second covers are provided on the terminal pin base at each sides in an axial direction, wherein the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion of the terminal pin are sealed in a filler which fills a first space and a second space, the first space being formed between the first cover and the terminal pin base, and the second space being formed between the second cover and the terminal pin base.
