A flexible printed wiring board includes a flexible insulating layer, a conductor layer formed on a surface of the flexible insulating layer, and a metal body having a columnar shape and fitted in a hole penetrating through the flexible insulating layer and the conductor layer such that the metal body is formed of a welding base material and has an end portion formed to be joined to an electrode of a battery by welding. The welding base material of the metal body of the flexible printed wiring board includes the same material as the electrode of the battery.
RESISTANCE WELDING FASTENER, APPARATUS AND METHODS
An apparatus and method for fastening dissimilar materials like steel, plastic and aluminum. A resistance welding fastener having multiple layers may be used with or without a sealant. The fastener may be used to form an aluminum covered steel laminate via a hemming pattern of attachment. The fastener may have a solid shaft or have an extended reach and have features for interacting with the welding electrode. A variety of electrode tips may be employed to cooperate with the fastener.
ELECTRIC WIRE AND WIRE HARNESS
An electric wire is an electric wire to be routed under the floor of a vehicle such as an electric vehicle. The electric wire includes: a conductive first conductor that is formed in a single bar shape; a conductive second conductor that is formed by bundling a plurality of element wires; and a fusion junction that is formed by melting and joining an end of the first conductor and an end of the second conductor in a abutting state therebetween in an axial direction.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING METAL CASE AND METAL CASE USED FOR SAME
The present invention relates to an electronic device having a metal case, the electronic device comprising: a metal case having at least one electronic circuit or antenna formed therein; a metal pad arranged at the metal case and electrically connected to the at least one electronic circuit or antenna; a metal sheet attached to one surface of the metal pad; and an electronic circuit board electrically connected to the at least one electronic circuit or antenna of the metal case through a metal instrument for connection which detachably contacts the metal sheet.
VEHICLE GLASS WINDOW WITH ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR SOLDERED BY LEAD-FREE SOLDER
A vehicle window glass comprises a glass substrate layer, an electrically conductive layer forming a conductive pattern over the glass substrate, a lead-free solder layer on the conductive layer and a metal plate element of an electrical connector on the solder layer. Optionally a coloured ceramic band layer is sintered between the glass substrate layer and the conductive layer. The thickness of the metal plate element is between 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm.
PLUG-IN TERMINAL, MATING PLUG-IN CONNECTION STRUCTURE, AND PLUG-IN TERMINAL ASSEMBLY
A plug-in terminal, a mating plug-in connection structure and a plug-in terminal assembly. The plug-in terminal includes: a connecting end and a plug-in end; the plug-in end includes: a fixing unit and an elastic unit; the fixing unit is configured to be provided on a coupling device; the connecting end includes one end electrically connected to a cable, and the other end connected to the fixing unit, in which the elastic unit is provided with an expansion and contraction insertion hole for plugging in and electrical connection with a mating terminal. The plug-in terminal having the elastic unit with the expansion and contraction insertion hole ensures that the plug-in terminal is in full contact with the mating terminal, and satisfies mechanical requirements and temperature rise requirements.
Molded resin-equipped electric wire and molded resin-equipped electric wire production method
When forming molded resin on a terminal-equipped conductive wire, cases where resin inside the mold for insert-molding leaks out from the mold are suppressed. A smooth portion having a smooth outer circumferential surface is formed in a conductive wire of a terminal-equipped conductive wire (smooth portion formation step (S2)). Furthermore, a molded resin member that covers the terminal connection portion is formed in a state where the terminal connection portion provided is inserted into an insert-molding mold, and a portion of the conductive wire that extends from a metal terminal is exposed to the outside through an opening portion of the mold (insert-molding step (S3)). The outer shape of the smooth portion is a shape that corresponds to the opening shape of the opening portion of the mold. In the insert-molding step (S3), the interior of the mold is filled with a resin in a state where the inner circumferential surface of the opening portion of the mold is in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the smooth portion.
Filter Structure, Welding Fixture, and Manufacturing Method of the Filter Structure
Disclosed are a filter structure, a welding fixture, and a manufacturing method of the filter structure. The filter structure includes: a box having a cavity; coil components installed in the cavity; and wiring components, each having a positive wiring pin and a negative wiring pin fixed to the box. The conductive wire has conductive wires coupled to both ends of the coil component and welded with the positive and negative wiring pins respectively. After a wiring section of the pins is embedded into a side of a wire latch slot, the conductive wire of the coil is latched into the wire latch slot and welded with the pins by spot welding without the need of manually winding the conductive wire and the pins, so as to reduce labor, expedite assembling, improve production efficiency and save material cost of the conductive wire.
Cable assembly and method for producing an electric and mechanical connection
A cable assembly having at least three electric cables which have electric conductors that are electrically and mechanically connected together. Each of the electric conductors is free of an insulation material and is plate-shaped in a contact point. One of the cables is a carrier cable, and the electric conductor of the carrier cable is formed as a support plate at the contact point in order to attach the contact points of the other electric conductors. Multiple contact points of the other electric conductors are secured to a surface of the support plate next to one another.
