BIOCOMPATIBLE ELECTROMECHANICAL CONNECTION FOR CERAMIC SUBSTRATE ELECTRONICS FOR BIOMEDICAL IMPLANT
A biocompatible electrical connection includes a substrate; a ferrule having a concentric flange at a first end of the ferrule; a first adhesive; and a second adhesive. The first adhesive adheres a first surface of the concentric flange of the ferrule to a surface of the substrate. The second adhesive fills an annular space between a hole in the substrate and the ferrule. The first adhesive or the second adhesive forms a conductive path on the surface of the substrate between the ferrule and a circuit pattern on the substrate.
SOLDERING AID, ASSEMBLY, AND METHOD FOR SECURING A STRANDED CORE ON A CONTACT SURFACE OF A PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
A soldering aid for securing a stranded core of a cable on an electrical contact surface of a printed circuit board includes an outer part having a receptacle and a bearing surface, and an inner part that is displaceably received inside the receptacle of the outer part. The inner part has an access opening through which the contact surface is accessible and can be fastened to the outer part in an assembly position. In an inserted position of the inner part in the outer part, an insertion opening in the inner part is aligned with an insertion opening in the outer part for inserting the stranded core of the cable.
RECEPTACLE CONNECTOR SOCKET WITH EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL DELIVERY APPARATUS
An information handling system may include a printed circuit board and a plurality of connectors each electrically and mechanically coupled to the printed circuit board, each connector of the plurality of connectors configured to receive a respective modular information handling resource in order to electrically couple, via electrically-conductive pins of such connector, the respective modular information handling resource to the printed circuit board. Each connector may include a body comprising electrically non-conductive material and including a receptacle formed therein for receiving a mating edge connector of the respective modular information handling resource, a bus bar comprising electrically conductive material, other than the electrically-conductive pins of such connector, disposed within or upon the body and extending through at least a portion of the body, and an electrical termination electrically coupled to the bus bar.
Welding system
A welding system comprises a welding module and a moving module adapted to move the welding module to a predetermined welding position. The welding module includes a guiding device and a welding tool. The guiding device has a plurality of tubular guiding heads arranged in a row, ends of the plurality of tubular guiding heads are disposed close to joints of a plurality of cables so as to guide a plurality of welding wires to the joints of the plurality of cables. The welding tool has a plurality of tooth-shaped welding heads arranged in a row, ends of the plurality of tooth-shaped welding heads are disposed close to the joints of the plurality of cables and configured to simultaneously heat the plurality of welding wires guided to the joints of the plurality of cables, so as to simultaneously weld the joints of the plurality of cables onto a circuit board.
ELECTRICAL CONTACT ELEMENT
An integral stamped-rolled electrical contact element, comprising: a terminal portion and an adjoining soldered portion for electrically contacting a contact face by a soldered connection. The soldered portion has a sleeve slit in a longitudinal direction. An interior space of the soldered portion is at least one of continuously hollow, interrupted, or at least partially filled in the longitudinal direction.
PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD CORNER CONNECTION
A printed circuit board corner connector designed to connect a first printed circuit board to a second printed circuit board, having a substantially flat contact body, from which a first connection end for connecting to the first printed circuit board extends, wherein two soldering pins for producing a soldered connection to the second printed circuit board protrude from a lateral surface of the contact body, wherein depressions are provided on lateral surface lying opposite lateral surface in positions corresponding to the soldering pins.
FLEXIBLE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD ARRANGEMENT
There may be provided a fastener arrangement. The fastener arrangement may include a first fastener tape including a first plurality of electrically conductive coupling elements and a first plurality of non-electrically conductive coupling elements. The fastener arrangement may further include a second fastener tape comprising a second plurality of electrically conductive coupling elements and a second plurality of non-electrically conductive coupling element. The fastener arrangement may further include a slider couplable to the first fastener tape and the second fastener tape for reversibly interleaving and interlocking the first plurality of electrically conductive and non-electrically conductive coupling elements with their corresponding second plurality of electrically conductive and non-electrically conductive elements. The interleaved and interlocked first and second plurality of electrically conductive coupling elements may form a plurality of conductive-bridges and the interleaved and interlocked first and second plurality of non-electrically conductive coupling elements may form a plurality of insulation-bridges.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING A CIRCUIT BOARD CONTAINED IN A DEVICE HOUSING AND CONNECTION ELEMENTS CONNECTED TO THE CIRCUIT BOARD FOR CONNECTING ELECTRICAL CONNECTION CONDUCTORS
A method for producing an electronic device for use within a switchgear cabinet, includes providing connection elements for the electronic device that are first integrated in a device housing provided for the electronic device. Then a circuit board for the electronic device is inserted in the device housing and the connection elements are connected to the circuit board.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONNECTION BODY, AND CONNECTION BODY
