Clocking angle setting tool for a wire harness
There is described a clocking angle setting tool for a wire harness having a support arm provided with a clamp for attaching a harness cable of the wire harness to the support; arm, a connector receptacle for receiving a connector provided at the end of the harness cable and a key or keyway for engaging with a complementary keyway or key of the connector. The connector receptacle is spaced from the clamp and is rotatably mounted to the support arm. A locking mechanism for locking an angular position of the connector receptacle relative to the support arm is included. The angular position of the connector receptacle relative to the support arm determines a clocking angle of the connector relative to the harness cable.
CONNECTOR, JIG AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONNECTOR
A retainer mounted in a connector housing includes first contact portions configured to move the retainer from a full locking position to a partial locking position by coming into contact with tip portions of first protrusions of a jig, and second contact portions configured to move the retainer from the partial locking position to the full locking position by coming into contact with second protrusions of the jig.
DISMOUNTABLE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION MODULE
This module for electrically connecting conductors comprises an electrically insulating body comprising means for removably fastening the body in a cavity of a sub-mount and means for mechanically fastening and electrically connecting conductors. It includes, for each conductor, an electrically conductive insert inserted into the body and comprising releasable means for mechanically fastening and electrically connecting the conductors and in that the electrical connection tabs of the module are secured to the insert.
Replaceable pin for terminal of charging inlet assembly
A terminal for a charging inlet assembly includes a head, a mating shaft, and a replaceable pin removably coupled to the head. The head is secured in a terminal channel of a housing of the charging inlet assembly having a terminating end configured to be terminated to a power cable. The mating shaft has threads. The replaceable pin has an outer surface defining a separable mating interface for mating engagement with a charging conductor of a charging connector. The replaceable pin has a drive base at the rear including drive teeth configured to be engaged by a socket tool to rotate the replaceable pin relative to the head for installing or removing the replaceable pin. The mating shaft is threadably coupled to at least one of the head or the replaceable pin in a corresponding threaded bore of the head or the replaceable pin.

AUTOMATABLE CONNECTION TERMINAL AND METHOD FOR CONTACTING A CONDUCTOR
A connection terminal includes a housing, a slide, and an insulation displacement contact. At least portions of the slide and the insulation displacement contact are received in the housing. The slide has an opening for inserting a conductor to be contacted. The slide is movable from a first position toward the insulation displacement contact to a second position in order to engage the insulation displacement contact with the conductor to be contacted. The slide has a tool abutment configured to transmit, to the slide, an assembly force of a robot-guided assembly tool for moving the slide from the first position to the second position.
