MODULAR INSTRUMENT COMPARTMENT
An instrument compartment for an electrical cabinet includes a box-shaped compartment structure comprising a stationary end portion mounted on a frame of an electrical cabinet and a swingable portion hinge-mounted to the stationary end portion. A power supply terminal is mounted to an inside surface of the stationary end portion, configured to supply electrical power to electrical components in the interior space of the compartment structure. Guide structures are mounted on an inside back panel of the interior space within the compartment structure, configured to position the electrical components for connection to wiring harnesses and the power supply terminal or other electrical components to facilitate assembly of the electrical components within the interior space of the compartment structure.
Railway shunt enclosure
A railway termination shunt enclosure including one or more receptacles, each of the one or more receptacles being configured to receive a termination shunt. The enclosure also includes at least one mounting surface and a connector assembly rotatably attaching the one or more receptacles to one or more of the at least one mounting surface.
PLUG-ON SERVICE-ENTRANCE NEUTRAL DEVICE
A service-entrance plug-on neutral (SEPON) device having a conductive neutral sled having a line sled side and a load sled side configured to electrically couple with a neutral bus of a bus assembly of a switchboard or panelboard when the SEPON device is installed on the bus assembly; a lug assembly having one or more electrically conductive terminal lugs configured to receive line neutral current from an external source and to electrically couple to the line sled side; a movable neutral disconnect link movable into a connection position to establish electrical continuity between the line sled side and the load sled side and into a disconnection position to cause a discontinuity between the line sled side and the load sled side; and a main bonding jumper having first mounted to the line sled side and a second ends configured to be moved between a non-connected position and a ground position.
Slidable mounting hardware for electronic equipment enclosure and method for installing same
A hardware assembly for installation in a slide-type mounting rail of an electronic equipment enclosure includes a spring retainer and a hardware component received at least partially within the spring retainer. The spring retainer has a rear wall and a deflectable spring arm extending in a forward direction from each end of the rear wall. Each spring arm includes a distal end that extends inward toward the distal end of the other spring arm. The hardware component includes a generally oblong head and a plurality of cam bosses arranged at a front-facing side thereof. Each spring arm engages and is partially deflected outward by a respective one of the cam bosses, thereby clamping the hardware component within the spring retainer. Upon receipt of the hardware component within a T-slot channel of the slide-type mounting rail, the generally oblong head is rotatable relative to the spring retainer to position the generally oblong head transversely within the T-slot channel, thereby obstructing the hardware component and the spring retainer from inadvertent removal.
Switch cabinet frame structure having closed base frame
A switch cabinet frame rack with multiple profile struts and a rectangular base frame, the underside of which is an outer side of the switch cabinet frame rack, which has at least one through-opening, wherein the through-opening is closed by a skid which is detachable mounted on the outer side.
Sealing bracket and cabinet including bracket
A bracket may include a structural portion including at least one relatively rigid first material, and a sealing portion including at least one relatively elastic second material. The bracket may also include a first receiver including a first retainer portion configured to be coupled to an end of a first frame member, and a first sealing interface configured to provide a substantially fluid-resistant seal between a portion of the end of the first frame member and the first receiver. The corner bracket may also include a second receiver substantially parallel to the first receiver and including a second retainer portion configured to be coupled to an end of a second frame member, and a second sealing interface configured to provide a substantially fluid-resistant seal between a portion of the end of the second frame member and the second receiver. The bracket may be incorporated into a cabinet frame.
STRUCTURAL PROFILE FOR ELECTRICAL CABINET
The “STRUCTURAL PROFILE FOR ELECTRICAL CABINET” comprises a profile that presents a front sealing area and is positioned in relation thereto at 90°, a side sealing area, an inner fixing wall, an inner fixing side, an inner fixing tab, an outer fixing wall, an outer fixing side and a central barrier.
ADJUSTIBLE CENTER POST FOR MULTI-DOOR ENCLOSURES
A center post assembly for eliminating sagging of a roof panel in a cabinet, where doors of the cabinet latch to the post assembly. The post assembly includes a base portion and a post portion, where one of the base portion or the post portion includes a plurality of slots and the other one of the base portion or the slot portion includes a plurality of threaded studs. The base portion further includes a first bracket and a jackscrew threaded into a threaded opening in the first bracket and the post portion further includes a second bracket, where the jackscrew engages the second bracket so that rotation of the jackscrew causes the second bracket to move relative to the first bracket so that the studs slide in the slots and increase the length of the post assembly to remove the sag.
Shelf with electrical connectivity
A shelf includes a shelf support plate, an insulator formed at least partially of a first electrically insulating material, a first fastener, a second fastener and a shelf brace. The shelf support plate, the first fastener, the second fastener, and the shelf brace are formed at least partially of electrically conductive material. The shelf support plate includes a first aperture wall. The insulator includes second and third aperture walls. The shelf brace includes a brace plate, a shelf hook that extends from the brace plate, and a fourth aperture wall through the shelf brace. The insulator mounts between the shelf support plate and the shelf brace using the first fastener inserted into the first and second aperture walls and the second fastener inserted into the fourth and third aperture walls. The shelf hook connects to an electrical connector to provide current to the shelf brace.
MULTIPOLAR ELECTRICAL PROTECTION SYSTEM AND ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION COMPRISING SUCH A SYSTEM
A multipolar electrical protection system including a plurality of devices for switching an electric current. Each switching device has a plurality of compartments each comprising an extinguishing chamber and a pair of separable electrical contacts that are connected to upstream and downstream connection terminals, the separable electrical contacts being movable between open and closed positions under the action of a tripping device. The switching devices are separate from one another, while the upstream terminals of each device are connected by a first connector in order to keep them at one and the same electrical potential and the downstream terminals of each device are connected by a second connector in order to keep them at one and the same electrical potential. The switching devices are controlled by one and the same common tripping device.
