Electrical power supply structures
The present disclosure provides an electrical power supply structure comprising a plurality of insulated pipes, each insulated pipe extending longitudinally and configured to carry high amperage electrical power, a barrier support plate comprising one or more openings for receiving the plurality of insulated pipes, the barrier support plate configured for mounting over a hole through a floor of a building, a first support structure extending longitudinally upward from an upper side of the barrier support plate, and a second support structure extending longitudinally downward from a lower side of the barrier support plate through the hole. Each of the first and second support structures comprises a longitudinally extending enclosure having a plurality of transversely extending conductor support members for supporting the plurality of insulated pipes, and the plurality of insulated pipes are grouped by phase.
Electronic device and power distribution apparatus used therewith
An electronic device includes a first main body, a first electrical connector, and an insert member. The first main body has an insertion end and one or more holes located at the insertion end. The first electrical connector is disposed at the insertion end. The insert member is coupled to the first main body through the one or more holes and includes a plurality of ribs and a plurality of removed portions. Each of the ribs extends away from the insertion end. The ribs and the removed portions are sequentially and linearly arranged according to a coding pattern.

Safety switch feature for an electronic device
An electrical mating interface includes one or more electrical connectors that electrically couple the mounting device to a corresponding set of electrical connectors of an electronic device. The electrical mating interface further includes a front façade comprising a plunger coupled to a safety switch. The safety switch is disposed between the one or more electrical connectors and main wiring of a dwelling. When the plunger depresses upon coupling of the electronic device to the electrical mating interface, the safety switch closes and electrically couples the main wiring of the dwelling to the electronic device.

HVDC modular platform design
A modular HVDC platform and a method for constructing the same are disclosed herein. The modular HVDC platform has a topside disposed on a structural jacket. The topside includes a first rectifier module, a second rectifier module, and a utility module. The first and second rectifier modules have equipment for converting AC power to DC power disposed therein. The utility module contains equipment for supporting the operations of the rectifier modules. Each of the rectifier modules and the utility modules can be fabricated and commissioned onshore prior to installation on the structural jacket at an offshore location.

Automatic switching interface box for generator
An automatic switching interface box for generators in residential dwellings and small commercial applications provides a breaker box transfer switch for generators powering one or more electrical loads. In power blackout situations, the breaker box transfer switch uses a power control relay to keep the load power on, which eliminates the need for a hot generator plug, because the plug in box is not powered. The generator power output cord is plugged onto the male plug of the interface box, or hard wired thereto. If the auxiliary generator had been started and is at rated voltage, the load is immediately and automatically switched from the utility connection to the generator as electrical source. The relay keeps the prongs of the male plug safely unpowered until the generator is attached since the relay coil is powered by the generator output and the plug is connected to the normally open contacts.

LEAFLESS JOINT SYSTEM THAT PIVOTS AND SLIDES
A leafless joint apparatus that couples an enclosure housing to an enclosure cover or door. Similar to previous hinge apparatuses, the leafless joint apparatus can include a knuckle and a pintel or pin to facilitate pivot operations (e.g., the cover pivoting open). However, the leafless joint apparatus does not rely on leafs that attach by means of fasteners (e.g., screws or the like) and therefore can facilitate sliding operations (e.g., the cover can slide open). Thus, the leafless joint apparatus can facilitate access to an interior of the enclosure by way repositioning the cover of the enclosure via a pivot or hinging operation or via a sliding operation that can partially or fully expose the interior of the enclosure and even, if desired, slide entirely off, decoupling from the enclosure housing.
