Electrical conduit, connection structure for electrical conduit, bell block, method for connecting electrical conduit, method for connecting electrical conduit and bell block, pipe coupling, ring member, double-wall electrical conduit, and connection structure and conduit line for double-wall electrical conduit
A ring member is disposed on a ring member mounting position. The ring member mounting position is a region between a pair of locking walls and is formed in a straight pipe shape. The ring member is in a substantially C shape with an opening at a part of its circumferential direction. The ring member may also be formed in a ring shape being connected at ring member joint parts. The ring member includes a reduced diameter part and first click parts protruding from the reduced diameter part substantially parallel in the pipe axial direction to form a slide guide. The ring member also includes second click parts of which outer diameters expand gradually from the reduced diameter part toward their tip ends. A male fitting part and a female fitting part are fitted with each other using the above ring member to obtain an electrical conduit. A connection structure for the electrical conduits, a bell block, a method for connecting electrical conduits, a method for connecting an electrical conduit and a bell block, a pipe coupling, and a ring member can be obtained thereby. The present invention can also provide a double-wall conduit of which an outer conduit is the electrical conduit having the same structures as the male fitting part and the female fitting part, a connection structure for the double-wall electrical conduits, and a conduit line using the connection structure.
CLICKABLE CABLE TRAYS
The present disclosure provides an assembly having a plurality of cable trays, a first cable tray of the plurality of cable trays including a bottom and a set of upright sides extending between a first end and a second end, and a barb and a barb opening along each upright side of the set of upright sides. The barb may extend from an end of the barb opening, wherein a portion of the opening of a first cable tray of the two or more cable trays extends beyond, and remains uncovered by, a second end of a second cable tray of the plurality of cable trays when the first and second cable trays are connected.
WIRE HARNESS UNIT
A wire harness unit including: a conduction path that conducts electricity between in-vehicle devices; and a cooling tube that cools the conduction path, wherein: the conduction path has a hollow tubular conductor having conductivity, and a first insulating layer covered by the tubular conductor, the cooling tube is configured to circulate a refrigerant therethrough and is separate from the tubular conductor, and the cooling tube passes through the first insulating layer.
WIRING MODULE AND ELASTIC WATERPROOFING MEMBER
The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to easily attach an elastic water-stop member to a wiring member. The present invention is a wiring module (10) comprising a wiring member (20), and an elastic water-stop member (30) formed with a through-housing section (32) capable of housing a portion, in the longitudinal direction, of the wiring member, wherein the elastic water-stop member has a slit (36) formed from an outer peripheral portion thereof to the through-housing section, and the slit is kept closed in a state in which the portion in the longitudinal direction of the wiring member is housed in the through-housing section.
LINE GUIDE DEVICE FOR CLEANROOM APPLICATIONS AND ALSO SUPPORTING CHAIN AND CHAIN LINK FOR IT
A line guide device comprising an envelope for supply lines and an articulated support chain. One chain link has an inside projection in a first longitudinal portion and an inside cross-bridge with an extended stop face and a recess adjoining the cross-bridge in a second longitudinal portion. In the extended position, the projection of one chain link engages in the recess of the following chain link and on the cross-bridge thereof. A support chain, in which each chain link has, in its second longitudinal portion, an outside cross-connection which in the arcuate position interacts with an outside arc stop face of the first longitudinal portion and has an inside cross-connection which in the extended position interacts with an inside extended stop face of the first longitudinal portion.
JOINING STRUCTURE, JOINING METHOD, EXTERIOR BODY FOR WIRE HARNESS, AND WIRE HARNESS
Provided are a joining structure, a joining method, an exterior body for a wire harness, and a wire harness capable of firmly joining members having different physical properties while reducing the thickness of a joint part. The joining structure 10 joins a first member 1 made of a first resin and a second member 2 made of a second resin, wherein: the second resin has physical properties having a higher foaming ratio than the first resin; and a recessed joint part 3 is provided which reaches at least the inside of the first member 1 from the outer surface side of the second member in a state in which the first member 1 and the second member 2 are superimposed. Furthermore, a method for manufacturing the joining structure 10 comprises the steps of: superimposing a first member 1 made of a first resin and a second member 2 made of a second resin having physical properties having a higher foaming ratio than the first resin; and joining the first member 1 and the second member 2 by forming the recessed joint part 3 by pressing and hot-melting the second member 2 until the recessed joint part 3 reaches at least the inside of the first member 1 from the outer surface side of the second member 2.
SELF-WRAPPING WOVEN SLEEVE WITH WEAR INDICATOR YARNS AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION THEREOF
A woven sleeve for routing and protecting an elongate member includes a wall having opposite edges extending lengthwise in generally parallel relation with a longitudinal central axis between opposite ends. The wall includes warp yarns extending lengthwise between the opposite ends and weft yarns extending circumferentially about the longitudinal central axis. At least some of the weft yarns are provided as bi-component yarns having a central core of heat-set material that biases the opposite edges into overlapping relation with one another, with an outer sheath encircling the central core. The central core and the outer sheath are different colors from one another, such that upon a portion of the outer sheath being split or worn, the central core becomes discernably visible.
Cable Guide and Storage Unit for a Cable Guide
At least one first section of a cable guide for receiving energy or communication cables in a receiving area can be arranged in the form of a first and second strand (3, 4), which are connected together by a deflecting region (2) extending about a deflecting arc, wherein the cable guide can be moved about the deflecting arc of the deflecting region (2). The aim of the invention is to allow a movement of the cable guide about the deflecting arc in the most frictionless manner possible while keeping the deflecting region stable. This is achieved in that a stabilization element (5) is provided which is substantially adapted to the deflecting arc and is arranged in a deflecting region (2) guide area that extends along the first section of the cable guide and passes through said section at least in one region and which supports the deflecting region (2) in the guide area in a floating manner when the cable guide is being moved about the deflecting arc without emerging from the guide area.
