METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GROMMET, AND GROMMET
A method for manufacturing a grommet, which is fixed to a wire harness W inserted into an opening portion of a panel P and which is fitted and attached to the opening portion to thereby support the wire harness W on the panel P. The grommet includes peripheral walls that surrounds the wire harness W to form a sound shield space S around the wire harness W, and a soundproof wall that is formed in the sound shield space S so as to cross a longitudinal direction of the wire harness W. The soundproof wall is designed by use of an expression of TL=20 log(p×f)−42.5 where TL designates transmission loss of the soundproof wall, ρ designates surface density of the soundproof wall, and f designates a frequency.
Rail system for seat assembly in an aircraft
A rail system, in particular for assembling or fastening seats in an aircraft, includes an assembly rail, in particular a seat rail for assembling or fastening a seat, a first panel, in particular a first floor panel for arrangement next to and substantially in parallel with the assembly rail, at least one cover element which is movable for covering the assembly rail, and a levelling device for levelling the upper surface of the first panel, in particular for levelling a recess or depression in said panel when the at least one cover element covers the assembly rail.
Modular building structures improvements
There is provided building structures that are demountable from a first configuration to be reassemblable to the first configuration or another configuration. The building structures include systems and kits for the structure, post anchors, kits for floor structure, method for assembling floor structures, wall and ceiling support systems, electrical junction box supports, and kits for frame assembly.
TUBING BUNDLE SUPPORTS AND SUPPORT SYSTEMS
Tubing bundle supports comprise body parts clamped around split rotatable sleeves. In one embodiment, spring mounted peripheral shoes and rotatable tubing bundle support sleeves allow metal tubes and tubing bundles to be routed inside a conduit in spaced apart positions and resistant to vibration. In another embodiment, split pillow block sections are clamped around a split rotatable sleeve. In an embodiment, the split pillow block support is held to a strut channel by a strut channel nut.
Adaptive LED Cove Lighting System
An LED cove light system having a wall piece mounted to a back surface of a cove, the wall piece having a top edge which is at the same height as a top surface of a front wall of the cove. A light fixture component is removably attachable at an angle to the wall piece and carries one or more LEDs positioned to project light from the cove out into an adjacent space of a room.
Electrical raceway assembly and method of using the same
An electrical raceway assembly including a substrate engaging member having an upper region, an intermediate region, a lower region, an inner surface and an outer surface; a signage engaging member having an upper region, an intermediate region, a lower region, an inner surface and an outer surface; wherein the upper region of the substrate engaging member and the upper region of the signage engaging member are releasably secured to each other; and wherein the lower region of the substrate engaging member includes a segment that regulates positioning of the lower region of the signage engaging member.
Modular wall assembly for a cosmetic fixture system
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a merchandise display system having a modular wall assembly configured to provide electrical power to one or more shelf assemblies. The wall assembly can include a vertically oriented back panel, a cross bar horizontally and detachably mounted to the back panel, a pair of vertical uprights and a top cap. The pair of vertical uprights can be detachably mounted to the cross bar with each of the vertical uprights having an electrically non-conductive portion and an electrically conductive portion. The electrically conductive portion can be electrically isolated from the cross bar by the electrically non-conductive portion. The top cap can be disposed along an upper edge of the back panel and in electrical contact with electrically conductive portion of each of the vertical uprights.
FLOORING MODULE
A flooring module (100) for forming a temporary access floor comprises a base component (1) defining a cruciform channel formation (3, 4) for receiving cabling or the like. The channels (3, 4) have a floor (1A) defined by the base component and a removable channel cover (2). The channel cover (2) comprises one or more channel cover components for covering the channel formation, such that the channel formation and channel cover may combine to provide a closed channel for the cabling or the like. Removal of the cover (2) allows access to the channel formation from above, in use. The sides of the base component (1) define module connector clips (20, 21) for engaging with corresponding module connector clips on adjacent modules to lock the modules together in an array. The base component (1) defines retaining formations (13, 14) for engaging with and retaining the channel cover components over the channel formation. The channel cover (2) engages against one or more of the module connector clips (20, 21) when in the clips are in the closed position so as to limit deflection of the module connector clips (20, 21) and thus prevent disengagement of the module clips from the module clips of an adjacent flooring module in an array of flooring modules. The sides of the module preferably also include a plurality of levelling clips (41, 42) which define upward and downward facing engagement faces to prevent vertical misalignment of the modules.
SURFACE ELEMENT
The invention relates to a surface element (1), intended for use as a floor, wall and/or ceiling surface element for a floor, wall and/or ceiling covering, having at least one carrier plate (2) and at least one functional layer (3), wherein the carrier plate (2) comprises a top side (5) facing a usable side (4) and an underside (7) opposite the top side (5) and facing the underground (6). According to the invention, it is provided that the functional layer (3) is provided underneath the carrier plate (2), and that the functional layer (3) is designed in such a way that, in the installed state, it projects beyond the side edge (10) of the side (8), in particular of the long side (9), on at least one side (8), especially on at least one long side (9).
