Cable holder for storing unused cores of a multicore cable
A cable holder (10) attaches to a cable (1) with a plurality of cores (2). The cable holder (10) has a receiving body (11) with a plurality of receiving chambers (12). The chambers (12) extend in a cable longitudinal direction (L). An insertion opening (13) is formed at least on one side of the receiving chamber for inserting an end of a core (2). A fastening portion (14) is connected to the receiving chamber (12). The fastening portion (14) fastens the cable holder (10) to the outer sheath of the cable (1) by a fastening device (3) engaging around the cable (1).
Liquid epoxy brush barrier
An electrical fitting including a body having an inner cavity for receiving a plurality of conductors, the inner cavity including a first portion extending to a first exterior opening and a second portion extending to a second exterior opening, and a brush barrier positioned within the inner cavity between the first portion and the second portion, the brush barrier including an outer edge and a plurality of bristles extending inwardly from the outer edge, the bristles being displaceable by the conductors, wherein the electrical fitting is configured to receive a sealing compound within the first portion of the inner cavity between the first exterior opening of the first portion and the brush barrier, the sealing compound being at least partially prevented from propagating into the second portion of the inner cavity by the brush barrier.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: a first conductor; a second conductor electrically connected to the first conductor; and a tubular contraction tube that covers a connection between the first conductor and the second conductor, wherein a determination pattern that includes a first determination pattern that allows a first contraction rate in a radial direction of the contraction tube to be determined is printed on an outer circumferential surface of the contraction tube.
Resin pot component for an inspectable barrier cable gland
A resin pot assembly for use with a barrier cable gland is provided. The resin pot assembly is shaped and dimensioned to locate within an internal cavity of a cooperating barrier cable gland and has a closable end configured to seal onto a cable sheath of a cable in an installed condition. The resin pot assembly has two, coaxial components configured in the installed condition to surround a plurality of individually electrically insulated conductors extending out of the cable sheath. A first hollow component in the form of a clear cylinder provides the closable end of the resin pot assembly and a second hollow component, which is rigid, provides an pen end of the resin pot assembly and is axially spaced apart from the closable end of the resin pot assembly. The resin pot assembly operatively receives a resin mix therein.
Underwater mateable and un-mateable electrical connector
A receptacle unit of a connector for sealably engaging and disengaging contacts therein can include one or more closed inner chambers. At least one of the one or more inner chambers being configured to contain a receptacle contact. Each receptacle contact can be configured to engage a plug contact of a plug unit of a connector. A closed cavity can be at least partially in contact with each inner chamber. The closed cavity can contain a deformable material. At least a portion of the closed cavity can be configured to be movable with respect to another portion of the closed cavity to permit balancing of pressure of the deformable material within the closed cavity to pressure outside of the closed cavity.

Conduit Cap
Disclosed herein is a conduit cap. The conduit cap includes a cap, an outer clamp member, and a bolt. The cap defines a central first threaded axial blind opening and has a top and an interior cylindrical rim coaxial with the central threaded opening and has an outer clamp defining a transverse second threaded opening and has two outwardly projecting angularly spaced shoulders. The outer clamp member defines a third opening alignable with the transverse second opening and a pair of parallel recesses. The outer clamp member has two pairs of opposed wings. Each pair of wings at least defining a recess dimensioned to receive a shoulder. The bolt is insertable though the third opening and threadably engageable in the transverse opening to clamp the outer clamp member to the first clamp.
Cable entry device for electrical cable housed in a conduit
A gland (1) for an electrical cable inside a threaded protective conduit, the gland includes a tubular body (2) enclosing a sealing ring (3), an annular nut (4) screwed on to the body to compress the sealing ring, a tubular connecting sleeve connected to the nut, an end portion of the nut (4) opposed to the body (5) having a threaded part (51) for connection to the threaded conduit, the sleeve having a connecting bore (52) mounted by force-fitting on an outer surface (42) of the end portion of the nut, the connecting sleeve having an annular groove (54) on an inner surface (53) of the connecting bore; the outer surface of the nut (4) having a relief surface (43) which engages in the groove (54) during the force-fitting, so as to retain the sleeve on the end portion of the nut while allowing the sleeve to rotate freely around the nut.
