BED SYSTEM WITH DEVICE CHARGING STORAGE POCKETS
Disclosed are bed systems with a foundation having first and second side rails opposite each other and a pocket integrated into an exterior side of at least the first side rail at a distance from a head section of a mattress that is less than a distance from a foot section of the mattress. The pocket can include an inner pocket smaller than the pocket and positioned inside the first pocket. The pocket can include a charging port housing and a charging port supported by the charging port housing. The charging port can be a USB and/or USB-C port. The first side rail can also include a wireless charger and transmitter (e.g., induction charger) integrated therein for providing induction charging to a user device placed inside the pocket. The wireless charger and transmitter can be integrated into a structure of the first side rail at a location opposite the pocket.
CHARGING CRADLE FOR SMARTGLASSES
The present invention relates to the field of chargers, and in particular, to a kind of charging cradle device for smartglasses which may comprise a body member formed with a base portion having one or more platform portions or one or more protruding elements disposed thereon, each having one or more charging station elements comprising one or more magnet members and one or more charging portions, which may include one or more pins, configured to releasably connect to and charge one or more corresponding charging contacts of smartglasses.
Fold-flat car charger interface
A car charger interface, adapted for connection with a car charger socket, is connected to an electronic device or portable charger unit and movable between an extended condition for use and a retracted condition for storage. The interface has a generally flat shape when not in use and can be unfolded to a shape adapted for complementary connection with the car charger socket for use. The interface comprises a first portion and a second portion movable relative to one another between folded and unfolded conditions. The second portion may comprise wings pivotally connected along the first portion for pivoting to an unfolded position projecting from the first portion to form a generally X-shaped adapter body. Alternately, the second portion may be positioned at the longitudinal end of the first portion and connected thereto via a pivot point at the central longitudinal axis thereof for pivotal movement.
Mobile device mounting system
A mobile device mounting system includes a device case and a mount. The device case includes: an insert including a rectangular bore and defining a set of undercut sections about the rectangular bore; and a first set of magnetic elements arranged in a first pattern about the rectangular bore. The mount includes: a body; a polygonal boss extending from the body and configured to insert into the rectangular bore; a set of locking jaws arranged on the polygonal boss configured to transiently mate with the set of undercut sections to constrain the polygonal boss within the rectangular bore; and a second set of magnetic elements arranged in a second pattern about the polygonal boss and configured to transiently couple to the first set of magnetic elements to transiently retain the mount against the device case and to drive the set of locking jaws toward the set of undercut sections.
E-cigarette personal vaporizer
A user-replaceable e-liquid reservoir for dispensing e-liquid, the reservoir being inserted into, or otherwise attached to, a portable, personal e-cigarette device and engaging with an electrical or electronic pump fluid transfer system in the device, the device including: an electrical or electronic pump, being configured to transfer e-liquid from the e-liquid reservoir to an atomizing unit in the device, the pump delivering a pre-defined or variable quantity of e-liquid from the reservoir; and in which the reservoir is not user-refillable.
Portable listening device with accelerometer
An earbud includes a housing that includes a driver assembly positioned within the housing forming a front volume in front of the driver and a back volume behind the driver. An acoustic insert is positioned behind the driver assembly and attached to an interior surface of the housing such that it forms a bass channel that is routed from the back volume to a vent in the housing.
Locking storage box with quick-access features
A storage box having a locking assembly with quick-access features and an optional passthrough charging port is shown and described.
Modular defibrillator architecture
Several defibrillators, defibrillator architectures, defibrillator components and methods of operating defibrillators are described. In one aspect, a modular defibrillator architecture is described. A base unit provides a fully functional defibrillator. The functionality of the base unit can be supplemented by attaching an interface unit to the base unit or by connecting a smartphone the base unit. Such devices provide connectivity as well as a screen for displaying supplementary graphics and/or videos which are useful to support both emergency and maintenance & monitoring activities. In some embodiments a battery pack may also or alternatively be coupled to the base unit to prolong the unit's shelf life before recharging or replacement of its batteries is required. If necessary the base unit can be powered from a connected external device such as a mobile communication device.
Surgical instrument with charging station and wireless communication
An apparatus comprises an electrically power surgical instrument having a handle assembly. The apparatus also comprises a communication device positioned within the handle assembly. The communication device is operable to communicate with at least a portion of the electrically powered surgical instrument. The apparatus further comprises an external device in wireless communication with the communication device. The external device is operable to receive information from the communication device and the external device is operable to provide an output viewable to the user.
Adapter and power tool system
An adapter comprises an input port being coupleable with a single-voltage output interface of a single-voltage battery pack or a multi-voltage output interface of a multi-voltage battery pack, an output port electrically connected to the input port and being coupleable with a single-voltage input interface of a first power tool or a multi-voltage input interface of a second power tool, a switching mechanism being switchable between a first state and a second state. When the switching mechanism is in the first state, the input port is coupled with the single-voltage output interface and the output port is coupled with the multi-voltage input interface of the second power tool, when the switching mechanism is in the second state, the input port is coupled with the multi-voltage output interface and the output port is coupled with the single-voltage input interface of the first power tool.
