In an embodiment, an adhesive sheet has an expandable adhesive layer 2 on one side or both sides of a base 1, wherein the expandable adhesive layer 2 contains an epoxy resin including a polyfunctional epoxy resin, a phenol resin as a curing agent, an imidazole-based compound as a curing catalyst, and a temperature-sensitive foaming agent. The adhesive sheet has properties in good balance, such as fast curability, heat resistance, and adhesiveness, and also excellent properties such as thermal conductivity attributed to a good filling property.

A vehicle includes a battery, an electric machine, a thermistor, and a controller. The electric machine is configured to draw electrical power from the battery to propel the vehicle. The electric machine has a rotor and a stator. The stator has a core, interconnected hairpins, and a neutral bar. The core defines slots. The interconnected hairpin windings are arranged within the slots and are arranged to form a plurality of electrical phases. The neutral bar is connected to each of the electrical phases and defines an orifice. The thermistor is disposed within the orifice and is configured to sense a temperature of the electric machine. The controller is programmed to control a power output of the electric machine based on the temperature of the electric machine.
ELECTRIC MACHINE FOR HYBRID/ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A vehicle includes a battery, an electric machine, a thermistor, and a controller. The electric machine is configured to draw electrical power from the battery to propel the vehicle. The electric machine has a rotor and a stator. The stator has a core, interconnected hairpins, and a neutral bar. The core defines slots. The interconnected hairpin windings are arranged within the slots and are arranged to form a plurality of electrical phases. The neutral bar is connected to each of the electrical phases and defines an orifice. The thermistor is disposed within the orifice and is configured to sense a temperature of the electric machine. The controller is programmed to control a power output of the electric machine based on the temperature of the electric machine.

A stator (30) of an electric machine has a stator lamination stack (20) that comprises stator laminations (1). The stator (30) has at least one stator winding with conductor bars (31) arranged in slots of the stator lamination stack (20) and fixed in the slots of the stator lamination stack (20) with the aid of a fixing device. To improve the stator (30) with regard to the service life thereof and/or to the producibility thereof, at least one clamping stator lamination (8;28) has a clamping geometry that serves as the fixing device.

Moreover, the armature includes an electrically insulating coil side separator disposed between the first side portion and the second side portion of the plurality of coils of the armature winding. A superconducting generator including the armature and a wind turbine having such superconducting generator are also presented.

Moreover, the armature includes an electrically insulating coil side separator disposed between the first side portion and the second side portion of the plurality of coils of the armature winding. A superconducting generator including the armature and a wind turbine having such superconducting generator are also presented.

A sensor fastening device for temperature measurement in an electrical machine for driving a motor vehicle having a retaining body for receiving a temperature sensor, a support body for resting against a stator lamination of the electrical machine, the support body being connected to the retaining body spreadably, and a spreading element for spreading the retaining body away from the support body. By means of the sensor fastening device, which can be shifted in the radial direction and can be moved past the winding axially, the temperature sensor can be positioned, from the radial outside, on the radially inner edge of the winding and can be thermally coupled by means of the spreading element such that maintenance-friendly and accurate measurement of a maximum temperature in a winding of an electrical machine for a motor vehicle is made possible.
