SYNCHRONOUS ELECTRIC MACHINE WITH RELUCTANCE ASSISTED BY PERMANENT MAGNETS AND PROCESS FOR MAKING SUCH ELECTRIC MACHINE
A synchronous electric machine with reluctance assisted by permanent magnets is described, comprising a rotor comprising: a lamellar pack fastened on a rotation shaft and comprising identical sheets, each comprising first axial recesses and permanent magnets, and second axial recesses to form flow barriers; a stator with a first, internal stator part comprising longitudinal teeth; a second, external annular stator part, with seats complementary with the teeth in order to form the closed slots and the stator; a continuous winding with a strap, configured to be wound on the first, internal stator part; a process for making such synchronous electric machine is further described.
STATOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A stator may include a stator core and a coil. The stator core may include: a first portion; a second portion; and a first intermediate portion interposed between the first portion and the second portion in the axial direction. A first segment conductor and a second segment conductor may overly each other in a circumferential direction of the stator core hr a slot within an area of the first intermediate portion. A first side surface may include a first protrusion provided by the first intermediate portion protruding with respect to the first portion and the second portion. The first segment conductor and the second segment conductor may be held between the first protrusion and a second side surface such that the first, segment conductor and the second segment conductor are connected with each other.

Insulation of winding ends of a stator winding
A stator of an electric machine includes a laminated core having slots for receiving windings of a multiphase winding system. The windings have winding ends, which are encased with an insulator across a partial length. In order to encase the winding ends with the insulator, a strand of a thermoplastic material is extruded onto the winding ends via a nozzle. During extrusion, the nozzle is moved relative to the winding end along the longitudinal extent thereof and an oscillating movement of the nozzle transversely to the longitudinal extent of the winding end overlays the movement along the longitudinal extent. As a result the thermoplastic material lies on the winding end and around the respective winding end in the form of loops.

Stator
In a stator, coils of multiple phases are wound around a stator core via an insulator. A guide member is provided on one side of the stator core in the axial direction and guides the terminal line of the coil in the circumferential direction at a position overlapping the coil in the axial direction. Parts of the plurality of terminal lines drawn in the circumferential direction on the bottom part, which is the same end surface in the axial direction of the guide member, are shifted in the axial direction and the radial direction respectively.

STATOR OF AN ELECTRIC MACHINE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME AND ELECTRIC MACHINE
A stator of an electric machine includes: a laminated stator core having sheet-metal blanks which have apertures, the apertures being closed radially on an inside thereof by a web when viewed in a cross section extending in a radial direction of the stator; and stator windings, which are accommodated in the apertures of the laminated stator core. The web which closes a respective aperture radially on the inside is plastically deformed so as to introduce a mechanical stress into the web.
