Actuator
An actuator capable of realizing a high output with a compact size is proposed. An actuator provided with a motor including a cylindrical rotor, and a reducer including an input shaft coaxial with a rotational shaft of the motor and nested in the rotor. The reducer has a cylindrical shape, the reducer further includes an output shaft coaxial with the rotational shaft of the motor, the motor further includes a stator, and the actuator is further provided with a casing which supports the reducer and the stator.

Hinge-based door control system
A vehicle door control system is provided, and includes a body hinge member connected to the vehicle body, a door hinge member connected to the door, a brake and a control system. The brake includes a plate pack that includes a plurality of body brake plates connected to the body hinge member, and interleaved with a plurality of door brake plates connected to the door hinge member. The plate pack is positionable in a braking state in which the body brake plates and the door brake plates are frictionally engaged with one another to provide a first resistance to relative rotation therebetween so as to hold the vehicle door in a selected position, and a release state in which the body brake plates and the door brake plates provide a second resistance to relative rotation therebetween that is less than the first resistance.
ELECTRIC MOTOR WITH REVERSE INPUT CUTOFF CLUTCH
The electric motor with a reverse input cutoff clutch has an output shaft. The output shaft is configured by connecting a first shaft and a second shaft that are coaxially arranged with each other via the reverse input cutoff clutch. The second shaft is rotatably supported to a housing by one radial bearing. The reverse input cutoff clutch has a function that, when rotational torque is inputted to the first shaft, transmits the rotational torque inputted to the first shaft to the second shaft, and when rotational torque is reversely inputted to the second shaft, completely cuts off the rotational torque reversely inputted to the second shaft, and does not transmit the rotational torque to the first shaft, or transmits a part of the rotational torque to the first shaft, and cuts off the remaining part.

An aircraft power plant has a hybrid propulsion system having an electric motor, a combustion engine, an output shaft drivingly connectable to a thrust generator, a compressor, and a transmission having a first transmission drive path and a second transmission drive path, the combustion engine and the output shaft in driving engagement with the first transmission drive path, the electric motor selectively drivingly engageable to the compressor via either the first drive path or via the second drive path.
