EMI FILTER FOR DC MOTOR
An electromagnetic interference (EMI) filter 32 is provided which is suitable for a DC motor 10. The EMI filter 32 comprises an EMI suppression circuit 34 having first and second DC-motor-terminal inputs 36a, 36b, and an MW-band power choke 44 coupled to one of the first and second DC-motor-terminal inputs 36a, 36b to increase the motor inductance in the MW frequency band.

The present disclosure is related to providing a motor capable of removing electric noise sufficiently. The present disclosure is also related to providing a motor capable of handling cases where no choke coil is disposed. A motor comprising a choke coil, a terminal electrically connected to a lead wire led out from the choke coil, and a bracket including a first wall part, a second wall part and an elastic part located between the first wall part and the second wall part in an axial direction of the choke coil, in which the choke coil is located between the elastic part and the second wall part in the axial direction, the terminal is sandwiched between the first wall part and the elastic part in the axial direction and the lead wire is led out from the elastic part side to the first wall part side.

DC MOTOR
An object of the present invention is to provide a structure capable of stably removing noise. A DC motor includes: a brush in sliding contact with a commutator; a brush holder base holding the brush; a flexible wiring connected to the brush; and a choke coil connected to the brush via the wiring, wherein the brush holder base has a clamping portion restraining the wiring to extend along a direction parallel to a direction of a magnetic flux generated in the choke coil.

The electric machine also of comprises a plug module (16) which has electric conductors (51) for connecting to an outer connection plug (18). The plug module (16) has axial protrusions (82) which engage into corresponding axial recesses (80) in the brush support component (17), wherein the axial protrusions (82) are likewise directly radially supported on the inner wall (77) of the pole housing (12) and not radially on the brush support component (17).

The plug module (16) has axial protrusions (82) which engage into corresponding axial recesses (80) in the brush support component (17), wherein the axial protrusions (82) are likewise directly radially supported on the inner wall (77) of the pole housing (12) and not radially on the brush support component (17).

An embodiment relates to a motor comprising: a housing; a stator disposed in the housing; a rotor disposed in the stator; a shaft coupled to the rotor; a cover disposed on the housing; a core disposed at the cover; a plurality of brushes electrically connected to the core; and a plurality of coils wound on the core, wherein the core includes a first region, a second region connected to the first region and including a center, and a third region connected to the second region, the coil includes a first coil wound on the first region of the core and a second coil wound on the third region of the core, and the winding direction of the first coil is the same as the winding direction of the second coil with respect to the second region of the core. Therefore, the motor can inhibit or minimize the effects of externally generated electromagnetic waves by using two coils wound on a single core.
