A switching module includes a housing that can be attached directly to an end of a stator and over line and neutral phase hairpins of the stator, electrically conductive platforms disposed in the housing and that can contact some of the hairpins, switches disposed in the housing, connected with the platforms, and that can selectively change connections of the hairpins between wye and delta configurations, and a conduit defining a coolant channel through the housing.

Systems include a portable building; a plurality of blockchain mining processors mounted within, or a plurality of blockchain mining processor mounts located within, an interior of the portable building; an air inlet defined in the portable building; and an air outlet defined in the portable building. Air outlets may be above the air inlet and oriented to direct exhaust air in an upward direction out of the portable building. A cooling fan may be connected to convey air through the air inlet, across the plurality of blockchain mining processors and out the air outlet. The cooling fan may simultaneously cool a genset and processors 72. Compact, stackable mining modules are discussed.
Electric power tool
A vibration driver drill as an electric power tool includes a brushless motor that includes a rotor and a sensor circuit board that detects a rotation of the rotor. The rotor includes a tubular rotor core and four permanent magnets held in the rotor core so as to extend in an axial direction of the rotor core. The sensor circuit board is adjacent to a front-end part (first end portion) of the rotor core. The rotor core is provided with a recessed groove on a side surface outward between the mutually adjacent permanent magnets. The recessed groove extends from the front-end part in the axial direction of the rotor core without reaching a rear-end part (second end portion) facing the front-end part.
BUSBAR UNIT
The present disclosure provides a busbar unit capable of improving the detection accuracy of the temperature of a busbar by a temperature sensor. The busbar unit (10) comprises a busbar (13), a temperature sensor (14), an insulating covering member (7) that is made of resin and covers the busbar (13) and the temperature sensor (14). The temperature sensor (14) has a thermistor element (41) and a case (51) that accommodates the thermistor element (41). The busbar (13) has a sensor holding part (22) that holds the temperature sensor (14). The sensor holding part (22) has a first support part (31) having a first contact surface (31a), a second support part (32) having a second contact surface (32a) facing the first contact surface (31a), and a connection part that connects ends of the first support part (31) and the second support part (32). The sensor holding part (22) holds the temperature sensor (14) by sandwiching the case (51) between the first contact surface (31a) and the second contact surface (32a). The covering member (71) covers the outer sides of the sensor holding part (22) and the case (51).
BUSBAR UNIT
The present disclosure provides a busbar unit capable of improving the detection accuracy of the temperature of a busbar by a temperature sensor. The busbar unit (10) comprises a busbar (13), a temperature sensor (14), an insulating covering member (7) that is made of resin and covers the busbar (13) and the temperature sensor (14). The temperature sensor (14) has a thermistor element (41) and a case (51) that accommodates the thermistor element (41). The busbar (13) has a sensor holding part (22) that holds the temperature sensor (14). The sensor holding part (22) has a first support part (31) having a first contact surface (31a), a second support part (32) having a second contact surface (32a) facing the first contact surface (31a), and a connection part that connects ends of the first support part (31) and the second support part (32). The sensor holding part (22) holds the temperature sensor (14) by sandwiching the case (51) between the first contact surface (31a) and the second contact surface (32a). The covering member (71) covers the outer sides of the sensor holding part (22) and the case (51).
BRUSHLESS MOTOR WITH INTERNAL INTEGRATED HEAT DISSIPATION MODULE THEREOF
A brushless motor with an internal integrated heat dissipation module thereof is provided. The brushless motor includes a stator including at least one recess to receive a corresponding heat dissipation module therein, and an outer rotor, the heat dissipation module sliding in the corresponding recess to contract to the bottom of the recess; an ejection element arranged in the recess for pushing the heat dissipation module outwards from the recess; two to four temperature sensors integrated in the heat dissipation module; the outer rotor including an annular pressing plate formed at a top thereof to bind and compress a wire harness at the end of a coil winding; an interior cavity inside the stator providing an annular baffle for dividing the cavity into inner and outer parts, and sealing the internal cavity, thereby air only flowing, through the external part near the outer side of the annular baffle.
MOTOR VEHICLE STARTER PROVIDED WITH A THERMAL PROTECTION SYSTEM
The invention relates mainly to a starter for a heat engine of a motor vehicle comprising: at least one electromagnetic contactor comprising a positive output terminal, at least one electric motor, the electric motor comprising: at least one brush cage (43), at least one positive brush (35) mounted in the brush cage (43), an electrical path (91) between the positive brush (35) and the positive output terminal (32), and at least one thermal protection (96) situated in the electrical path (91), in which the thermal protection is suitable for disconnecting the two elements (93, 95) when the thermal protection has a temperature above a temperature threshold to electrically disconnect the positive output terminal relative to the positive brush (35).
MOTOR VEHICLE STARTER PROVIDED WITH A THERMAL PROTECTION SYSTEM
The invention relates mainly to a starter for a heat engine of a motor vehicle comprising: at least one electromagnetic contactor comprising a positive output terminal, at least one electric motor, the electric motor comprising: at least one brush cage (43), at least one positive brush (35) mounted in the brush cage (43), an electrical path (91) between the positive brush (35) and the positive output terminal (32), and at least one thermal protection (96) situated in the electrical path (91), in which the thermal protection is suitable for disconnecting the two elements (93, 95) when the thermal protection has a temperature above a temperature threshold to electrically disconnect the positive output terminal relative to the positive brush (35).

An electric machine for a vehicle, comprising a stator, and a rotor comprising a plurality of poles, where each pole comprises a first V-shaped flux barrier and a second V-shaped flux barrier, where the first V-shaped flux barrier comprises two magnets with inner air cavities and outer air cavities, where the second V-shaped flux barrier comprises two magnets with inner air cavities and outer air cavities, and where the first and second V-shaped flux barriers are arranged adjacent each other and symmetrically to a d-axis of the rotor, where each of the poles further comprise a first V-shaped flux redirector arranged symmetrically to the d-axis and between the first V-shaped flux barrier and the second V-shaped flux barrier.
