MOTOR AND MOTOR STATOR
A motor stator includes a ring-shaped core defining a rotor accommodation space, a plurality of slots, a first hairpin conductor, a second hairpin conductor, and a temperature sensor. The slots are disposed in the core and arranged to surround the rotor accommodation space circumferentially. The slots extend radially from the rotor accommodation space. The core includes an insertion side and an extension side. The slots include a temperature sensor accommodation slot which, at the insertion side, has a radial length greater than a radial length of any other one of the slots. The first hairpin conductor is disposed in the temperature sensor accommodation slot distal to the rotor accommodation space. The second hairpin conductor is disposed in the temperature sensor accommodation slot, and the temperature sensor is disposed between the first and second hairpin conductors.

Outer rotor motor with integrated brake
An electric motor assembly includes an outer rotor motor, a sensor, and a brake assembly. The outer rotor motor includes a stator and a rotor. The rotor at least partly circumscribes the stator and is rotatable relative to the stator about an axis. The rotor includes a rotor core extending radially outwardly to present axially opposite first and second sides, and a plurality of magnets supported relative to the rotor core. The sensor is operable to sense a condition associated with the electric motor assembly. The brake assembly is operably coupled to the rotor core to selectively reduce the rotational speed of the rotor. The brake assembly is positioned at least partly axially outward from the first side of the rotor core, and the sensor is positioned at least partly axially outward from the second side of the rotor core.

Actuator device with first and second movabale parts and connection portions having a depression portion and a protrusion portion
An actuator device includes a support part, a first movable part, and a second movable part. The second movable part includes a pair of first connection portions positioned on both sides of the first movable part on a first axis and connected to a pair of first connecting parts, and a pair of second connection portions positioned on both sides of the first movable part on a second axis and connected to a pair of second connecting parts. Each of the second connection portions includes a portion having a width larger than a width of a portion of the second movable part other than the first and second connection portions. An inner edge of each of the second connection portions, includes a depression recessed in a second axis direction, and an outer edge of each of the pair of second connection portions, includes a protrusion protruding in the second axis direction.
Motor controller
A motor controller includes an atmospheric pressure sensor, a coil temperature sensor, and a voltage sensor configured to detect a voltage applied to a motor. The motor controller calculates a partial discharge inception voltage in accordance with the atmospheric pressure and the coil temperature, limits an output of the motor in response to the coil temperature exceeding a preset coil temperature upper limit value, and reduces the coil temperature upper limit value in response to a voltage exceeding the partial discharge inception voltage.
