The stator used for a motor includes a stator core having a plurality of teeth arranged at substantially equal intervals on a same circumference, and an insulator covering the teeth, and coil portions are formed by wires being winded around portions of the insulator that covers the plurality of teeth. The insulator includes first wall portions provided on the center axis side with respect to the coil portion, and molded portions formed, by resin, on the center axis side with respect to the first wall portions. Wire extended portions of the wire pulled out from the coil portion straddle the first wall portions. Wire terminal end portions are connected to bus rings. The bus rings are embedded in the molded portions.

A stator includes an insulator, a wire, a stator core, a cylindrical hollow terminal through which the stator is to be electrically connected, and a resinous molding material covering the stator core and an outer face of the hollow terminal. A wire bonding device of a stator of a motor includes insulating rings, an insulating cover, and conductors. Each insulating ring has first and second fixing structures disposed thereon. The insulating rings are stacked layer by layer with the first fixing structures corresponding to the second fixing structures. The insulating cover covers an uppermost one of the insulating rings. Each conductor includes an embedded segment, two bending segments, two protruding segments, and two wire-bonding segments. The embedded segment is accommodated in a corresponding insulating ring and has a flat strip shape. The bending segments are integrally extended from two ends of the embedded segment respectively and bended relative to the embedded segment. The protruding segments are integrally extended from the bending segments and protrude out of the corresponding insulating ring. The wire-bonding segments are integrally extended from the protruding segments and located outside the insulating ring.

A stator for a multiphase electric motor includes a plurality of laminates stacked to form a cylindrical stator core having a plurality of longitudinal slots; a plurality of electrical conductors grouped into a plurality of discrete electrical circuits, each of the plurality of the electrical conductors forming a plurality of coils in the slots spaced about the stator core, and each of the coils having a pair of leads; a plurality of bus cables, each of the plurality of bus cables having a mechanical connection to the pluralities of coils at ends of the slots; and wherein one of the leads from each of the coils is electrically connected to one of the plurality of bus cables.

The electrical conducting wires include at least one first electrical conducting wire having a joining portion extending in an axial direction of a stator core, and at least one second electrical conducting wire having a joining portion bent in relation to a radial direction of the stator core in such a manner as to follow a circumferential direction of the stator core. The predetermined length of the second electrical conducting wire with the coating layer removed therefrom is longer than the predetermined length of the first electrical conducting wire with the coating layer removed therefrom.

At least one coil conductor end is inserted into an insertion opening of an assigned contact sleeve on the contact element and is welded to the contact sleeve. The contact element is configured to connect at least two coil conductor ends and/or electrically connect the at least one coil conductor end to at least one phase conductor, and the at least one coil conductor end lies against a wall which delimits the insertion opening of the contact sleeve on the inside over the entire circumference of the coil conductor end at least in a longitudinal region in the insertion direction of the coil conductor end into the contact sleeve.

An electric drive assembly system includes a housing, including a body and a cover. Disposed in the housing is an electric machine including a rotor shaft, a gearbox assembly including a coaxially arranged gear input shaft connected to the rotor shaft to receive a torque from the electric machine. An electric machine control module is configured to control the electric machine, the electric machine control module being installed onto a first wall of the body by stacking over the electric machine and/or gearbox assembly in the direction transverse to the gear input shaft. An electric connection assembly is configured to electrically connect the electric machine control module to a stator of the electric machine. The electric connection assembly is provided to electrically connect to the stator of the electric machine near a drive end of the rotor shaft of the electric machine.

The motor includes a rotor, a stator including a plurality of coil bobbin unit groups, and a coil prepared on coil bobbin units by winding a wire sequentially on coil bobbin units of each coil bobbin unit group, cutting the wound wire at a cutting point, connecting one end of the cut wire to a neutral point port, and connecting the other end of the cut wire to a driving point port.
